Beautiful Beach!

Relaxing week on the beach! Unit was clean & well-equipped...(except for the beds...foam toppers were most uncomfortable). Property manager provided great tips at check in to make our stay more enjoyable.

Relaxing stay

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived on a Sunday when the office wasn’t open, but had been given detailed instructions for check in. It was very smooth. The condo was very nice-supplied with everything we needed. The area was very quiet with plenty of nice restaurants. The beach is beautiful-went for long, quiet walks every day. The view from the balcony was superb with gorgeous sunsets every evening.

Perfect!

My two sons and I stayed at the Chateaux Condo 401 in Indian Shores for 3 nights. Everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The best part of course is the view. Watching the sunrises and sunsets was breathtaking. We also loved the sound of the ocean each night that we went to sleep. We had quick access to the beach as well. Loved our stay and would come back anytime!

Beautiful view and great location!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get away. We live about an hour from condo, so we know the area well. This condo was listed exactly as you will find it in person. It’s a great location - close to grocery, shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. We hope to be back soon!

Great Family Vacation Spot

The view is spectacular! You have a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets. The sound of the waves are so relaxing. Everything was very clean. The furniture was comfortable. The heated pool was great for April because the ocean was still a little chilly. It’s in a great location. Indian Rocks Beach is a perfectly laid back beach town right in between Clearwater and St. Pete’s so everything was easy to get to as well. It’s definitely become one of our favorite vacation spots. We would recommend this rental for families, couples or anyone looking to have a nice relaxing vacation by the beach.

Breathe taking!

What a great place! We fell in love with this place and didn’t want to leave. The view was so perfect! We loved just watching the ocean over ever meal. It’s right on the beach. You forgot something upstairs? No big deal you can be back to your room in a minute. The pool was a great size and they have two bathrooms by the pool which is so great. The closest Publix is 8 minutes away and target is about 15 min away. I also recommend the salt rock grill that is less then 3 minutes away from the hotel. You will not be disappointed from your stay here. Have fun and enjoy the view!

Tremendous value & Responsive Host

We really enjoyed our stay at Chateaux 401. The view is amazing from the spacious balcony. The condo is layed out well, which includes a very nice murphy bed. To be honest, the beds were not very comfortable, but after we reported this, they added pillow tops. We slept great after that! Frankly, I was surprised that met our request. Most hosts wouldn't have done anythingn at all. Highly recommended!

Nice unit but a bit too tight

The unit was nice, but a bit too much furniture which made it kind of tight with 5 people. I loved the extra windows in the living room. I didn’t like how the walk-in closet was divided by a wall split into two sections… again made it kind of a tight space. The floors were not clean - we had black feet within just a couple of hours of being there.
