About this space

Welcome to Gulfport, Florida, and the greater St. Petersburg area! Enjoy sunny days at nearby Gulf beaches, stroll along St. Pete Beach, go fishing, hunt for shark teeth, or explore Desoto Park and its pristine shoreline. Our home is the perfect base for exploring this wonderful town. It features two bedrooms (one king and two twin beds), 1 large bathroom with double sinks, and a game room with a pull out double sofa-bed and arcade games, plus is a spacious open living and kitchen space. Also, a great back yard completely covered in artificial turf with a private putting green, and 4 person hot tub with plenty of sitting space for everyone. The house is well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a great stay.

The space

Welcome to your home away from home! Just bring you flipflops & enjoy!

The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large back yard covered in artificial turf, has a private putting green and 4 person hot tube to enjoy.  Plenty of space to relax and play.

The home is centrally located just 11 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 9.0 minutes from St. Pete Beach, just 39 minutes from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa.  The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts.

The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The game room is also equipped with a Roku Smart TV

The master bedroom has a king bed and large closet space.  The second bedrooms has two twin beds for additional guests and family. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a share bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion).

A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request.

The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother).

Guests will have access to the entire home including the outdoor space.

There are two bikes available for use and exploring the Gulfport area.  Additionally Beach Chairs are available to take with you for the day.

Indoor and outdoor games are also available including a Corn Hole game

Please note landscape service may be conducted during your stay - This generally occurs in the afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have installed a security camera on the exterior of the property at the following locations:

This camera is in place solely to monitor the perimeter of the property and ensure your security during your stay.  If you have any concerns or questions regarding the security measures, please don't hesitate to reach out.
