Great Family Time

We had a great family get together at a great place. Loved the location and enjoyed the fishing from the dock. Grandkids had fun in the pool and at the beach. Rod and Tracy are great hosts and handled any issues we had quickly. Definitely a place we will come back to

Great Stay

Flippers Lagoon was the place we needed to relax and rejuvenate. It was so peaceful and quiet sitting on the dock and by the pool. There is a large table for gathering or sharing a meal, the beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. Although we didn't watch a lot of TV, there are plenty so everyone can watch their own thing. The furniture was also comfy.One of the best perks of staying at Flippers Lagoon is the location to the beach and to just about everything else we needed.The only con was the pool heater was down (like all the others around) and waiting for parts. The water was a bit chilly but we still swam.Rod and Tracy were quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay.

4th of July at Indian Rocks Beach

Nice house for a big family on the waterway for boaters. Beach equipment was all worn out. We ended up buying a lot new and leaving it because we flew in. The AC is not sufficient for the house during our stay, owner has the thermostat locked not to go below 74 which caused us to be warm. Minor plumbing issue that the took care of quickly.

Family Vacation

We came at the end of a hurricane which messed with our flights- the host was very accommodating and made the chaos so much less stressful! The house was more than we expected and we had a great time! Book this house!!!!

Great backyard and location!

My family had a very relaxing time at Flippers Lagoon. The house was clean, spacious and close to the beach and shops. The highlight was definitely the backyard. The pool is a good size and we loved hanging out in the water while watching our kids fish off the dock.

Great getaway!

So many fun things to do here! Everyone really enjoyed the kayaks, bicycles, and we even spotted a couple dolphins! The property managers are fantastic. We had a great stay!

Great location, not good for seniors or toddlers

The house was well-stocked and clean. The pool and the many amenities in the garage were wonderful, and the location was great. However, we would have booked a different property if the floor plan had been included in the listing. It was a challenge for our parents and for the family we were there to visit.. There is a large stone/marble foyer with a couple of steps up to the level of the bedroom, bathroom and (small) kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is half a flight up on the second floor, with a guest room that opens directly into the living room. There are 30 steps from the front door up to the 3rd floor primary suite. The open stairway acted as a megaphone carrying the voices of our school-aged children from the ground floor to the top floor. The layout was challenging for our family, but it would be fine for those without any mobility or stair safety concerns. The extra guest room on the top floor is only accessible through the primary bedroom. The 3rd floor bathroom has a wonderful tub and walk-in shower. There was also a huge closet (also accessible only from the primary bedroom). We were visiting family who live in St Pete’s, and they have a baby who just started walking- all of the steps were a challenge when they came over during the day to hang out. As was the spiral staircase down to the pool area. Child safety gates would be helpful for any guests with young children. I would not recommend this house for anyone who has any mobility issues.

"Unforgettable Stay: A Review of Paradise Found - VRBO Haven"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO property, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful house and its prime location. The proximity to the waterway made for stunning views and provided endless opportunities for kayaking and fishing. Speaking of kayaking, the fact that the house supplied kayaks for our use was a fantastic bonus. It allowed us to explore the local waterways at our leisure, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. As for the house itself, it exceeded all expectations. Not only was it spacious and meticulously clean, but it also boasted all the amenities we could ask for. The pool was a particular highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine after a day of adventure. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the incredible house, stunning location, and thoughtful amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!

Great location & stay!

My friend and I brought our combined 4 grade-school aged children. This was our first trip to IRB and I feel sure it wont be our last! The house was a perfect layout for our two families, the fishing equipment, bikes & other gear were great for our group as well. Plenty of beach and shower towels. Lots of walkable shops & restaurants, plus grocery delivery available- we didnt need a car. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. The hosts' communication was excellent!

IRB Fun

Flippers Lagoon was a perfect place to stay in IRB, great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Hosts Rod and Tracy were terrific, very accommodating and responsive. Plenty of space and dolphins did not disappoint! Thank you for a memorable week!

Long Weekend College Reunion

Met up with a few buddies from college and their families for a long weekend. Stay was enjoyable and exactly what we needed. Would recommend Flipper Lagoon as the pool and dock are top tier.

Great family vacation!

Great home for a family vacation. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Has everything you need for a beach day including cooler with wheels, wagon for beach toys, chairs, and towels. The pool and deck were great for relaxing and the fishing from the dock was fun for the kids. The location was ideal, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation Destination

My family and I had a wonderful time at Flipper’s Lagoon in Indian Rocks Beach! We spent most of our days at the beach and in the pool. What an amazing view to wake up to. The house is well-equipped for large groups. There are places to gather and places for privacy. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is a tv in every room. The hosts are beyond amazing. Easy to reach them and they answered questions within minutes. We grilled out on our last night and enjoyed eating poolside while watching a manatee hanging under the deck. Highly recommend this property!
