Pros: location is great, close to beach and many restaurants. Shower pressure is great. Beds decently comfortable. Was a decent value for money- was one of the cheapest rentals on IRB but that was reflected in the following: Cons: kitchen cookware/cooking utensils out of date and don’t work well. Couch could use replacement as it’s quite worn and small for more than 2 people, coffee table was broken. Couldn’t find a broom to clean sand from the beach so the apartment was constantly sandy. If you treat this rental as somewhere only to sleep, it will probably be fine. If you have to spend any significant time there, it’s underwhelming.

Quaint place within walking distance of beach

The walk to the beach was a block further than anticipated, but still was in a nice quiet area with an easy walk to beach. Stairs to suite only used for two suites which kept noise down. Good information provided prior to stay and host virtually checked in often during stay.

Very clean, close to the beach

This unit was perfect for my husband, myself and our teenage daughter. Very quiet and clean. I didn't realize when we reserved it that you had to walk across Gulf Blvd to get to the beach. But, it was a short walk, so not a big deal at all! Vadim is very responsive and the check-in process was easy. Walking distance to local restaurants, which was a plus! We enjoyed the nice outdoor shared courtyard with charcoal grill. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, cute, and quiet. Community was friendly and I felt safe. I liked that there were dining options within walking distance and the beach was very close. Host made check-in and check-out extremely easy. I would definitely book this location again.

Great beach apartment for 2

We really enjoyed our time here - very close (short walk) to the beach and local businesses as advertised, covered parking, well-appointment kitchen, spacious living area and patio, nice shower, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of closet space, plenty of towels. The beach was beautiful and not crowded during the week - perfect spot to watch the sunset. The pickleball courts were very active and they have paddles/balls in the laundry room in addition to beach gear. Vadim is a great host - thank you! P.s. be sure to visit Keegan’s Seafood Grille across the street

Local Getaway

We are from the general locale, but only now and then do we get away just to take it easy at the beach. This rental very nicely fulfilled our needs for our 3 night stay/visit. Only glitch was not realizing it was up a flight of stairs; being a little older, we oft prefer to be ground level. All told, we liked the place and time sent there.

Awesome Property

I rented my property back in May in preparation for a wedding over Labor Day weekend, my interaction with the property owner was excellent all my questions about the property and the location were answered, the property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated, as an added bonus we were only minutes from the wedding party rented property. Hope to do future rentals.

Perfect weekend

We had a beach weekend with 3 friends. The apartment was freshly redone and super clean. Everything we needed was included, and the beach was only 1 block up! The building was super quiet and we never heard any of the other tenants. We would definitely stay here again!
