Relaxing

The balcony was the beginning and end to each day. Very quiet property with beautiful water views. Short easy walk to the beach. Salt Rock Grill was also a short walk with wonderful food. Absolutely perfect !

Positive outweighs negative

We really enjoyed our time here. Pool was great, laundry easy, accessable to beach, restaurants and shops, great location. Condo was well stocked with supplies and had reasonable rules. Really my only complaint is the communication. I tried contacting the owner with questions and never received an answer. There was also confusion with the check in process because we were after hours. It was quite stressful getting in but once they finally contacted me we moved on and had a great time.

Family Vacation

The property accommodated our family very well. It was fully equipped with everything you needed to cook, supplies and even beach chairs and umbrella. The facility pool, laundry and grills were a plus. The only issue was the door got stuck and we were locked out and our kids were locked in the apartment. We were frustrated when we called manager after hours and they could not reach the owners. And did not offer any remedy. We had to maneuver the door for about 15 minutes and it eventually unlocked. It was scary.

Our beach getaway at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in 306. Our condo was lovely with a beautiful view! We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the boats go by. The beach was right across the road and literally took just a few minutes to get to. The condo was fully stocked, clean, very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. There were also beach chairs for us to use which was helpful as we had flown. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great! Check- in and check- out we’re easy and convenient. This place exceeded our expectations and the next time we vacation in the area, we would love to stay again!

Very nice property and condo. Nicely updated and very beautiful decor. nice pool area, although I would recommend the facility to invest in some umbrellas for the pool area since there is no shade around the pool and with no umbrellas out there with little kids we weren’t able to go out there much until later evening which was a disappointment especially with the beach being approximately a 3 block walk away. The distance to beach is as stated as across the street from beach but the facility sits very far back with 4 tennis courts and a business parking lot in front of it before the street then another block to get across to the beach, we invested in a beach cart and rolling cooler or we would not have made it with a toddler and all our beach stuff to carry. The Condo was in a very quiet facility and in a great location and the balcony overlooking the inlet was beautiful we saw dolphins about everyday on it, again not much shade only limited daylight times we could manage sitting out on balcony from the heat and direct sun. Only actual condo complaint I Have would be no TV in second bedroom and the air conditioning works great for living area but the bedrooms get very hot at night especially if you keep the doors shut Overall I would recommend this condo and if just me and my husband I would rent again .

Great Indian Shores location

This well maintained and spacious condo had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Located close to the beach we enjoyed early morning walks, relaxing afternoons on the beach and romantic sunsets. We will stay at this property again. Highly recomended.

Beautiful and well appointed condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Bayshore. Our modern and updated unit was exactly as pictured with wonderful views of the intercoastal waterway. The property is across the street from the beach. Indian Shores is very centrally located so we were able to take day trips to nearby St. Pete, Clearwater and Madeira Beach. We even visited Sarasota and Siesta Key while we were there. The entire area is breathtakingly beautiful with so much to do for the entire family. Unfortunately, my children were disappointed that there wasn’t a television in the second bedroom. However, that did allow us to play board games during our stay! We also weren’t given a code or for the workout area which was a disappointment. Since the unit is located on the intercoastal waterway there are times when the “low tide” smell is quite strong. Anything we air dried on the balcony (which was beautiful as well) smell like “low tide”. Overall, we would stay here again. Our family created lifelong, wonderful memories during our stay! We are grateful to the owners for the opportunity to create an unforgettable experience!
