If I could give this property 6 stars I would! I’ve booked dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this one is definitely the BEST! The owner, Tom could not be more accommodating and helpful. With its perfect location in Indian Rocks there is plenty to do BUT the property is so great it’s really a shame to go anywhere else!

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed this home! The house was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The Kids lived in the pool. The house had everything needs for our stay, including chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach!Our only suggestion is that the king mattresses were worn and should be replaced

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The home offers stunning panoramic views and unbelievable sunsets that we looked forward to every evening. Each day, we were treated to the joy of watching dolphins swim by from the deck, which never got old. One afternoon while fishing on the dock, a blue heron even camped out with us for nearly an hour—such a peaceful and special moment.The property is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a seamless beach getaway, including all the beach gear and an eight‑seater golf cart that made getting around effortless and enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach.The host was truly outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive. When we mentioned fishing, they went above and beyond by ordering fishing rods and having them delivered the very next day. The home itself was immaculate, comfortable, and clearly designed with guest experience in mind. This was a truly elevated, luxurious stay, and we would absolutely return.

We had a great experience at the property. Appreciated the golf cart for getting to all the close proximity shopping, eating and beach access. Host was thoughtful and very responsive for any questions that arose. Property is perfect in every way. Location, amenities, layout, cleanliness, organization, etc. Everyone loved their stay here and the area surrounding. Fishing off the dock and the outdoor seating/TV areas were definite group favorites. Very peaceful and picturesque. Highly recommend all around and would return without question.

Perfect family getaway!We had such a great stay at this home — it was perfect for our family gathering. The layout of the house is fantastic, with bedrooms spread out between the ground floor and upstairs so everyone had their own space and bathroom. The outdoor area and pool were beautiful, and we loved having coffee on the dock each morning while watching the sunrise and dolphins swim by. The movie room was a big hit with the kids, and having access to the golf cart to go to the beach made everything so easy and fun. The home is very comfortable and family-friendly — even our dog felt right at home! We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a family gathering which I cherish special quality time together. The booking was made simple. The house was perfect for us. (The Point) Tom, the host was amazing. We were all able to sit together at the dining table (11ppl) every meal. Went on short golf cart rides, lots of time in the pool, theater room was a great addition. The best was fishing. Everyone enjoyed it. They all caught fish . We did stay in one of Tom's other house 2 years ago. Again another wonderful experience . My family still talks about it. we never had to leave this beautiful house. I highly recommend this

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

This property is fantastic. It is clean, up to date, and well stocked. This was our second stay in this home and the owners have continued to upgrade the property. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. Once we arrived we never drove again unless it was in the golf cart to go for dinner or ice cream.

Creating Memories

We were a group of 4 moms and 8 high school Seniors. The moms called the house our MTV Crib, the boys were too young to get the reference. This house has soooo many amenities: movie theater, golf cart, deluxe ice maker, kayaks, pool, fireplace, outside living, beverage coolers, beach supplies. We have never seen a house so stocked with trash bags, dish soap, laundry supplies, tp, etc. All bedrooms had deluxe bathrooms. You'd never have to leave this house and still feel like you went on vacation. Our host was amazing. I just texted with any questions, and he was quick to respond. Our boys created lasting memories at this house: fishing, pool time, kayaking, beach, poker nights, NCAA tourney in the movie theater, golf cart. Do not hesitate to rent this amazing property!

Our Stay at The Point Home IRB Feb 2024

We had a wonderful stay at The Point Home in IRB. Communication with Tom, the property manager, was great. The home was just as we were hoping, wonderful. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay immensely and we are hopeful to return in the not-too-distant future. The only problem was only staying there for four nights. Next time, definitely, we will stay longer!!!
