  • Direct Gulf front condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a very popular vacation destination, Indian Shores and the Sand Castle II condominium. This condo is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. The private balcony offers outdoor living space for meals, sunning, watching amazing sunsets nightly and listening to the surf! The living room has comfy leather couches and TV with cable and DVD player. The open floor plan makes a nice space for families to share special memories. The large dining table can host the perfect meal or a fun family game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home including a microwave, dishwasher and new stainless refrigerator. The direct Gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to balcony, ceiling fan, smart TV with cable and DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The updated master bathroom has a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds, ceiling fan and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and smart TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, no need to overpack! ****ONE DOG ALLOWED with a non-refundable $200 PET FEE**** The property also has a large heated pool, hot tub and gas grills for you to enjoy. The deck has plenty of loungers to bask in the sun. The pool deck is on the beachside of the building. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the U.S. and Canada. Don't forget to ask the rental manager about FREE Perks, like weekday bikes.

Beautiful view!

Love to look out over the beach! The floor was dirty, smudgy. The master shower floods the bathroom every time. Only a small trickle of water comes out in the hall bath. We called and left a message that there were no batteries in the tv remotes and never got a response. But, it was a great vacation and nothing major to deal with. Knowing these things, I would go back.

We loved this condo. It is right on the beach with amazing views. Close to all restaurants and a short drive to Clearwater and Johns Pass.

Comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and a nice location. I would not call it "premium". We enjoy cooking our own meals and stove and pans need replaced. There were plentiful dishes which was great. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful beach. Parking is very tight! Shower does not have a door and water goes everywhere.

Nice location. Beautiful beach. Condo could have been cleaner - shower was disgusting and dishes dirty in cabinets. Washed all dishes in cabinets and drawers. One of the beds was broken but was fixed within hours. Door handle on sliding glass door also broken.

Condo was as described. Clean and comfortable. Only complaints are parking is tight and was only given 4 bath towels for 5 people. The office was kind enough to give me a few more when I asked. I’d stay here again

Beautiful view

Upon arrival, I called to let the rental agency know that it had not been cleaned well. They offered to send someone over but, I was going to clean it anyways so I told them they didn’t need to. The fan in the bathroom really needed cleaned as it was full of gunk. We had some challenges with the toilet working properly, the doors closing properly and the master bed slats falling out. Except for the the bed and the fan, they took care of what they could. It really is a beautiful property and just needs to be given some TLC in between guests.

Fun at Indian Rocks Beach

The condo is in the perfect location, near the restaurants and boat rental shop. Check-in and out was easy. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. Beach chairs were provided. They have shopping carts to help load and unload your personal items. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. We had a good time. Thanks.

Overall very good stay

Smooth check-in process given you need to check in at another location nearby. Very clean with a nice layout and an excellent view of the ocean/gulf. Electrical outlets need replacing as some couldn’t hold a plug in place. The condo allowed dogs and we traveled with our dog. We mistakenly assumed dogs would be allowed on the beach. We should have researched this further but it would have been nice if the listing mentioned that dogs are not allowed on the beach. Otherwise, all was great and we’d stay here again.

Amazing view!!

This property has a gorgeous view of the gulf and amazing sunsets every night. The master bedroom Furniture is all upgraded and the bed is comfortable. The accommodations were exactly as expected and the property was very clean.

Great place to stay with a large dog. Everyone was nice. Place was great.
