Additional entertainment provided with TV with DVD player and FREE secure Wi-Fi in the living room. No need to overpack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The open-floorplan provides a great family space. The dining table can host the perfect meal or family game night. There is a breakfast bar for optional seating. The fully appointed kitchen has all you need to fix anything from full-course meals to beach time picnics, there are even gas grills on the property for your use. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby, something for everyone. The beachside heated pool and hot tub is surrounded by a large deck with plenty of loungers. Take a swim in the Gulf or a refreshing dip in the pool. After the sun goes down take a nice soak in the hot tub to relax the day away. The master bedroom includes a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV and Gulf views with slider to the balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has been fully renovated and features a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, a ceiling fan for added comfort and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and fun Escape to the beach theme. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Perfect to wash the day at the beach off the kids! No pets allowed in this unit.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
