  • Emerald Isle's beautifully renovated pool and deck are now officially open! Guests can now enjoy the refreshed outdoor space featuring an updated pool area and patio, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

    Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 201 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 2nd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 201 offers a full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

    Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One parking space. Coin-op laundry on premises.

    Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).



    CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

Perfect week on the beach.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was excellent as was the pool. We saw a wonderful sunset almost every day. Great location for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing.

Awesome area for vacations

The North Redington Beach is a great place to spend vacation. Traffic isn't a nightmare, not the craziness as some areas, everything is close by and easy to get too. Lots of things to do for young & old. Lots of resturants, bars, shops galore, beautiful beaches! Definitely going back next year!

Quality is equivalent to the price 👌🏻

We had a good visit - the condo was accommodating and stocked with more beach supplies than expected. Information about how to check in and where to pick up your keys could have been better but we figured it out quickly.

Very Nice!

Very spacious condo for only 2 adults. The decor was a little out dated but very nice. Washer and dryer right out in the main hallway by elevator. Large closets and comfortable master bed! I would stay here again. Nice location and beaches aren’t as crowded as the main popular beaches.

Excellent time

Will be back! Beach close right out the door. Very clean and had a great time. Only thing was we only had one key for pool area and it would have been nice to have an extra one since there was 3 of us. Other than that it was about the best property i have stayed in.

Any issues we had (door to balcony being off track) were handled quickly. All we have to do was order groceries and we are set for a lovely two week stay. Emerald Isle is quiet and near to everything we need.

Great Views

The location was awesome, view spectacular. The condo is older and a little shabby, especially the kitchen. The main bed was So comfortable, that’s a big plus. The appliances were older and the toilets and did h washer we’re so loud!! nz o low flo w here or updated quiet dishwasher!! None the less we enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfy.Thanks!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to stay that worked for our whole family! We had about 25 people that stayed here. It was very clean! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet! The only issue we had was when we called to check on the status of our pool prior to our stay June 21-28. We were told multiple times that the pool should be done by the beginning of May. A few weeks prior to our vacation, we got the call that it wasn’t going to be done. Due to the amount of people staying, there was no way we would’ve been able to find another place with a pool. This made us feel that they were telling us this the whole time so that we wouldn’t leave and they wouldn’t lose out on the money from us. After arriving, we could see that the pool hadn’t been touched. They had to have known that it wasn’t going to be done months ago. That would’ve given us plenty of time to find somewhere else. However, if not having a pool doesn’t bother you, this is a great place to stay! The location is also perfect! We love to be in a quieter area where there aren’t too many people. There were areas on both sides of us that had a ton of people that seemed to be the party areas! Which was fine by us!

One week and Red Algae Bloom

The whole process for check in was OK. We got there at 4:00 , but condo was not ready yet. It’s too bad they don’t have a code on each gate to get through rather than a key for each gate to get to beach. The Red Algae bloom had been there since beginning of February so we were there the end of February and it got worse by the day. I had to wear a mask anytime we walked on beach. The last 3 days we were unable to go on beach without coughing continuously. The condo had no spices or leftover spices or salt and pepper. We ate breakfast at the condo and lunch usually. Since we couldn’t be on the beach we would walk on roadside every morning. We did go to the Aquarium and river walk one day. We also went to Anna Marie Island one day. The location is great. We could not watch Netflix or YouTube tv cause the tv is not set up that way. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you could bring a fire stick along had we known. The pots and pans are not that great. The ice maker is loud on the frig and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to die soon! The beds were comfortable though. Not sure we would stay in this particular condo again but may stay in another one if we return.

Beautiful view/roach infestation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful set up being so close to the beach. The condo was very clean except for the infestation of roaches. When u turned off the lights 20 of them came out all over the kitchen and in the furnace area. This was only discovered after cooking the first night and finding them dropped in our food in the oven, then in all our food on the counter. We lost everything that was not refrigerated. I left a pile of them for them on Tues to see when they sprayed, this did not help they still were everywhere in the kitchen. I found them in all the cabinets (have pic) and in-between pans. We gave up on any aspect of kitchen. I contacted them to spray after not seeing relief. This is a large issue and I would highly recommend cleaning all cabinets and staying up on the treatments. Don't turn off lights beware. I killed over a 100 a day, it is truly an issue in the kitchen/furnace area. It is hard to rate because everything else was so amazing. I would recommend this property but not this unit/or that side incase the infestation is widespread. I took a pile of bugs to report the issue and they said the manager would call me but I never heard from her..spent most of the time outside to avoid issue because I didn't want to transport home.

Great Getaway

This was the best vacation experience we’ve ever had. The rental process was easy and communication was great. The unit we stayed in was very clean and we felt right at home. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay which made it hard to leave. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

Wonderful Pool and Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. The views of the beach were beautiful. We loved the condo and all the small touches around it to make it a welcoming place to stay. The kids were so excited to have a tv in their room. Great rental. Highly recommend!

More shade at pool

My one suggestion is there needs to be more than one shaded area at pool. Really hard to enjoy with no shade my grandkids really enjoyed the pool but I could not sit there with them for long if the ONE AND ONLY TABLE WITH UMBRELLA was taken.

Beach condo was perfect

We had a very positive experience staying at Emerald Isle. The condo was decorated nicely and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean!! Also this apartment was right on the beach!! I would definitely recommend this unit and I would return to it.
