    Easy Living es un condominio playero recientemente renovado con dos habitaciones y dos baños completos, ubicado entre el agua intercostera y la magnífica playa de Clearwater. Ubicado a solo unos cientos de pasos de la playa (menos de dos cuadras), con una entrada de teclado para que no se requieran llaves.

    El complejo de apartamentos es tranquilo y está ubicado al otro lado de la calle del parque McKay. Sin embargo, a poca distancia de la playa y mucho más. El parque tiene un bonito parque infantil, perfecto para los niños, un gran campo de césped, perfecto para jugar y una cancha de bochas. ¡Ofrecemos un juego completo de bolas de petanca! El condominio está a menos de dos cuadras de la hermosa playa de arena de Clearwater Beach. También está a pocos pasos del corazón de Clearwater Beach, que incluye muchos restaurantes, bares, el puerto deportivo, el muelle 60 y muchas tiendas. Easy living

Great place to stay close to the beach, shops & restaurants/bars. Very clean and cozy. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Stay!

The location and property were great! Not a far walk to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. would stay again if we go back to area.

Fantastic location. Very clean.

Property was in a great location very close to the beach. Close to pickleball courts. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Property was clean and amenities were very good.

Amazing location and quaint condo

The condo was very cleaned and charming. The location is great, a few feet away from the beach and the tourist area. We liked the it was in a quieter area, yet a walking distance from the restaurants and shops. Mike and Alex were quick to reply and provide service.

Great location, smallish space

This unit is 1-1/2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from public tennis/pickleball courts and public pool. The pictures are very accurate. The space is clean and pretty well- equipped. Parking on-site is easy. The unit is small, with minimal furnishings as shown in the pictures. It can get dark in there during the day with no outdoor space. These are small issues, and we enjoyed our stay here alot!

Great Location!

We stayed with our 2 year old and had a great time. The unit is decorated super cute and was the perfect size for us. The location is great too - literally across the street from a park, less than 2 blocks to the beach, and just a few blocks to the main street/restaurant area. We walked everywhere. There is also a lot of great extras for kids/beach too that the hosts provide - a pack n play, beach bags, beach towels, and a storage shed of beach items including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys which is awesome. The owners were very nice and responsive and helpful. The first night we couldn't get the tv to work and I felt so bad asking them for help on a Friday night - but they were so responsive and helpful. They had to call the internet company for a hard reset of the internet a couple of times and helped get it working for us which we appreciated. We had a great time and recommend staying here!

Good comfort and ideally located

Very good place, well located and with very easy check in and out process. One recommendation: a bigger table would be nice in the living room to accommodate 6 people

Everything great but there was a faulty thermostat.

Either the thermostat was faulty, or it was so high tech that you would near IT person to trouble shoot why the thermostat reset to a higher temperature in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, is hardly the time to figure out why the temperature of the thermostat was reset to a higher temperature. My solution is to replace the thermostat with a simple one. If it is hot you can lower the temperature, and if it is cold your can raise the temperature. Later to find out that the property owner can manipulate the thermostat remotely?!!! Why was I not told that initially? The owner owes me the cost of two nights in that cute sweat-box. Yes, it was very well decorated and convenient to the beach. The potential was there for a beautiful vacation. I even sent an early review of the place. I was initially marveled. Let me know. Steve J. Mescher mntclmbr1@yahoo.com
