The location was fantastic! The furniture in the living room was peeling, so anytime you sat down, you got up with pieces of the couch on you. We had some hiccups with the dishwasher, and the kitchen was not as stocked as we would have liked. Overall, the management company communicated well and was very helpful. The location was great. We were happy with our stay.

Great location and plenty of room for family of 5

We had a nice stay at 106 Palms of Treasure Island. The location was terrific. It was plenty of space for two adults and three kids. Publix was right next door and the beach was right across the street. It was also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The unit provided beach chairs, a beach bag, beach/pool towels, and some beach/pool toys which was nice. They happened to be renovating the lobby area while we were there and it was a nice upgrade. The pool area was also very nice. A few negatives were that the floors in the unit were pretty dirty upon arrival. My kids walked around barefoot and the bottoms of their feet were filthy. The kitchen felt a little sparse - there were dishes and pots and pans, but only two trash bags and two dishwasher packets (there was regular dish soap). The inside of the coffee maker smelled bad so we never used it. The washer and dryer were pretty run down (very noisy and the clothes came out really linty). The shower curtain in the primary bath had pinkish film on the bottom edge, which made me think it needed to be replaced. Bath towels were pretty small and basic. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would still recommend it to others. Just a few things mentioned here that would have made it a little better.

Prefect winter getaway!

Absolutely loved this condo, my husband and I and my sister and her husband came down from Michigan for a long weekend and the 2 master suites and 2 Balconies were such a bonus, and the Publix is right next door which is so convenient, the beach is right across the street and restaurants and night life is within walking distance. We utilize the pool also, the water was warm and clean! Will definitely be back next year!

It's a nice condo

The only thing I would say is the reviews are accurate. It is priced appropriately, great location. The staff communicated well. My only concern was the lack of supplies. One towel per guest, one towel/washcloth in the kitchen, no laundry tabs, one trash bag, very limited kitchen supplies. The place could use some TLC as it seemed it's more equiped to meet your basic needs vs. wowing you with the extras.
