    Primary suite has views of the Gulf of Mexico sunset from one side of the home and sunrise over the inter-coastal waterway. This home is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an executive kitchen, dining area, two massive south-east facing porches, and one west facing porch. Elevator access on site. The beach access is conveniently located right at the end of the driveway. There are six guests included in the base price and the property accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably.
    **Owners hold right to terminate stay if house rules are not followed**
    The Neighborhood:
    SFH that is set back from the street by a football field and has convenient beach access at the end of the driveway with a cross walk next to driveway.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Beautiful home with a fantastic view of the water and a relaxing pool. Two minute walk to the ocean and the property was immaculate. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this home. Great location and a beautiful beach right across the street. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing and right on the water.

We were very impressed with this beautiful clean home.We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren & everyone just loved it. The kids loved the big pool & hot tub. The beach was 5 minutes from the house, so we walked everyday. This 6 bedroom house is so big,that 3 of the kids had their own room. We loved the spacious kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We all loved playing ping pong on the ground floor. We will definitely be back next summer. I highly recommend it.

Hi, we stayed at this house from June 20 through the 27th. It is a beautiful house. It was very accessible to the beach which we loved. The beautiful views from the house on the Gulf side and Ocean side, you cannot beat! The elevator was a good for me. The pool was wonderful and the children enjoyed it. Some people used the kayaks and went out the Gulf side. They saw jumping fish and Dolphins. Whenever I emailed with a concern or request, to turn on the hot tub, we got a response within 10 minutes. I feel there were a few things that could be improved on with the cleaning of the rooms, in the master bedroom there was toothpaste spit in a sink from previous renters, (not enough TP).We really enjoyed the place and I really love Indian ShoresThank you Debbie

This house was just in an amazing location! Did some work need to be done on the outside? Absolutely. But the inside was clean. All the bedrooms were great. Did I mention location?? You had the intercoastal waterway in the back and the gulf across the street in the front. We watched dolphins and manatees daily from the dock. Most things you needed were within walking distance and the trolly stop was right across the street. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would definitely return!

Nice location

Prefect place for out family, grandkids enjoyed the pool and ocean, enjoyed the waterway for fishing and paddle board the house could use a little bit of updates but nothing bad,otherwise it's a very nice house conveniently located to everything quiet area our family had a great vacation would definitely rent again

Great spot for friends or family stay. Rooms were great and spacious. Kitchen was great. Pool and deck area were awesome to hang out at. Location is excellent with beach access across the street and great eating nearby (try the mahi tacos at Caddy’s).

Family Time

We had a wonderful stay - perfect location and the elevator was wonderful as we had my 88 year old mother with us and it was perfect. Would stay again!

Perfect Location

This property is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants! We had 13 staying at the house, the house was spacious enough for all of us!

Outstanding location for large groups

Family Getaway!

Beautiful home and location. The pool area was wonderful and pier out to the bay was great. Location to the beach was just steps away. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after 5 days at Disney World. Relaxed and made beautiful memories!

Best local ever

What a beautiful house and perfect location. We had 3 couples, 1 toddler and 3 dogs. Rooms for everyone with their own bathroom. The private dock was great for fishing or sunning. Setting in the pool with the beautiful view of the bay or under the cover to stay out of the sun.

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed this home for our girls weekend! Its in the perfect location and has beautiful views. Quite area and easy beach access. The dock is very peaceful and the perfect place to be when the sun rises. The property management was great. Very helpful and attentive to our questions/needs. I would book this place again and recommend it to others.

Unique and lovely Beach home!

Very charming home with loads of personality. The location was perfect; just a short walk across to the Gulf coast and a private pier out to the intercoastal waterway/canal.The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing is that the photos make it seem like everything is flowing from master bedroom to living room and kitchen and it was actually very separated by levels. Perfect though for a couple of families….but we were traveling with 2 disabled guests so it a little tricky.Overall : Excellent vacation spot!!!!!

Perfect Home for our Stay

With this house you get to enjoy both sunrises on the intercoastal and sunsets at the beach! We enjoyed the hot tub and infinity pool when we weren't spending time at the beach. Great location to enjoy many restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Owners were very responsive to any questions that popped up. Perfect house for large groups and families.

Excellent property

Four work colleagues and I rented this house for a two-day work session. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We walked on the beach in the mornings before work and enjoyed the pool and sun decks during our lunch breaks. Very enjoyable experience.

House has the potential to be a five star,but it needs a lot of TLC. Mold in the washer. The house is basically clean but everything in kitchen felt greasy. Missing boards on railing …safety hazard if you have children, rotting wood on deck. The elevator will only hold one person even though it says it will hold 900 lbs. Just so many things that are not being addressed. The house is spacious and the location is perfect. It’s sad that it is not being taken care of.

Luxurious and Relaxing Getaway

This house exceeded our expectations! The decor was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the elevator for getting our luggage upstairs, and the hot tub overlooking the intercoastal was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The location couldn’t have been better – with easy access to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We spent our mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, kayaking in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. It’s also close to great local attractions and wonderful restaurants. A dream vacation spot we’ll definitely return to!
