We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The pool was a huge highlight! It was perfect for morning swims and evenings unwinds. We also really appreciated that it was pet friendly, which made traveling so much easier for us.The location was great too, with plenty of local restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, but still quiet enough to feel like a getaway. The amenities were thoughtfully stocked and Mike was great to communicate with.We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This is our third year in a row staying at Mike’s place, and we always enjoy it. The property is well maintained, the location is within walking distance to the quaint town of Safety Harbor. Mike is very responsive, and respectful, and enjoyable to talk with.Being a pet friendly place with a pool is an added bonus.It’s like home away from home!

Wonderful Safety Harbor Getaway

We have stayed at Mike’s home the last 2 years. The house has very nice accommodations and everything you need is supplied. Mike is quite kind and is available if you have a need. The backyard has a well maintained pool, plenty of outdoor space, lots of chairs and tables with a fire pit. The yard is fenced so it is great to bring your dog. This home is just 2 blocks from downtown Main st. An Art and Music Center is right around the corner. There are many restaurants and bars with plenty of music available. There are many activities held on the main drag and also by the open space behind the beautiful Safety Harbor spa right by the bay. The home is in a nice neighborhood. The area, including Main St is great for walking and only 1/2 mile to the boardwalk that runs along the bay. Highly recommend this home for a Safety Harbor getaway! We love it!

Nice little house with pool

Nice little spot for couple or small family. Wonderful lanai with pool outback. Check in process was smooth. Host responsive. Clean with comfortable beds. House does allow dogs and has carpet so not a good option for individuals with allergies. The area is nice, within walking distance to the art display-whimsey land.

Very nice property and owner

The description was accurate, and the property did not disappoint. Everything was clean and worked well. The property was very well-stocked. Being only 2 short blocks from Main St. and the many shops & restaurants was ideal for us. Then there was the owner. He was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. In fact, when I thought I left my wallet at the house he went there twice for me. Thankfully it turned up elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

Stay for Adrenal Surgery and recovery for husband

We loved our stay at Mike and Donna's place. Any questions we had were addressed. The pool was an added bonus for much needed respite time while my husband had his adrenal removed and recovery. If we could have stayed an extra week w it being available we would have. Everything was cute in this little bungalo and the grass too outside the pool area was great for our service dogs to potty and walk and play a bit. The neighborhood we found to be quiet and neighbors too. The town is very cute and we got home made cheese cake there and the shops are great on Main st as well as Harbor Pets was wonderful and we had a great doggy sitter one day while my hubby was in hospital and Sheryl our sitter was recommended by Kelly and Mary at Harbor Pets. We used her 2 days and she too was excellent. Dr. Carling in Tampa is the best surgeon for adrenal surgery too and Safety Harbor is only 20 min away if someone needs to come for thyroid, adrenal and parathyroid surgery dont hesitate to stay at Mike and Donna's place for much needed respite time. We would defin..stay again. :). Thank you Mike and Donna and the sea decor is lovely too :)
