The balcony was perfect for beach views, morning breakfast, and sunsets. It faces the Sun in the afternoon so it gets a little warm. It has a small table and 4 chairs and 2 recliners that make it perfect.

Beautiful view of the beach. Loved that beach chairs and towels were provided. The kitchen was very well stocked...had sugar, oil, coffee filters and a whole spice rack. Had a little issue checking in. The parking area where we were to park was roped and coned off because they were doing some landscaping and nobody was in the office because it was Sunday...we put our parking pass on the car, moved a cone and just parked where we were supposed to...everything was ok.

This was a wonderful place. Communication with Joyce, the owner and also host, was great. The location was great. Loved the private parking garage, elevator was great, all gates and doors had codes which worked. The owner had thoughtfully put things in the condo that aren't usually put there for us, and that was appreciated. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderfully sparsely populated in October. Great place!

Excellent location

The condo was exactly as described & had the best sunsets. Plenty of food places to walk to then "home" for sitting on the balcony for sunset most nights. Joyce was excellent to work with & answered my few questions quickly. Loved having the beach stuff in the balcony closet & so easy to get setup on the beach. Will definitely be back to this place again in the future & have already recommended to several friends. Thank you Joyce for sharing your condo with us!

Amazing condo, breathtaking views!!!

Our family just wrapped up an unforgettable week staying at this condo. The entire unit was perfect for our family of four! All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed for the perfect stay, including lots of beach essentials! The condo building itself was great, clean and well maintained, and the listing could not be more true…you literally feel like you are on the beach while taking in the view from the balcony! We watched the sunset every night from the beach or the balcony, both great! The condo is also in a great location, walking distance to shops, stores, activities, and restaurants. The best part? The beach! Indian Shores is a peaceful beach town, not too crowded this time of year and perfectly relaxing which is just what we needed. If you are looking for the perfect gulf shore experience…you will love this condo!! Thank you Joyce for allowing us the chance to stay here!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are from Iowa and this is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed at this property. Ǐt is great in so many ways. All of the people we encountered, including owner, property manager, workers and other guests were very friendly. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We feel safe, it is very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautifully noisy

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo had everything needed. Owner was very nice. Our stay in the condo was ruined due to the sand replenishment and the work being done on the building. We were not told that all of this was going on. We should have been given the option before coming to stay or find a different place. But the owner was nice and did refund part of our stay. We we had to check out quickly and find a new place which was not easy in a short amount of time. We lost money because we had stocked the refrigerator with food to cook and where we ended up, tho it had a fridge it did not have a stove so we lost aver $100 worth of food. Again owner was very nice, she even bought us lunch for our troubles. I would like to stay again at some point but next time I will know to ask questions about any repairs going on before I go. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures and so is the view! The only issue we found as far as the condo itself is it could use new mattresses and tho the master shower is beautiful, there is no water pressure to enjoy all the fancy jets the shower has. All in all I would recommend staying here! Only reason for the 3 star over all rating was due to the lack of commincting the goings on at the beach and condo, mattresses, and water pressure. I would also recommd a high top table to see over the rails of the balcony because the view is gorgeous and the sunset is breathtaking!!!

Great Time!

We had beautiful weather and clear water, perfect for swimming. Really enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching all the beach things! The keys required some jiggling to make them work, but we found some WD40, and that helped some! I think a few more keys(we only had 2) or maybe the newer code entry would be good. I would stay there again!

Wonderful experience. This condo was very clean! Had all the necessary tools for a fun filled family vacation. The beach view was incredible. The owner responded fast and accommodated my request for a little later check because of our flight!

Excellent gulf front stay!

Could not have been happier with our stay! View of the Gulf ofc was the most amazing part! Condo was clean and very well stocked! Questions were answered quickly by our local contact and host could not have been any nicer. Would definitely return!

Everything was perfect

This place cannot get closer to the ocean. We spent so much time on the balcony listening to the waves, “working” remotely. The condo was well stocked, well maintained, check in process was easily communicated and it was very spacious 2 bedroom (3 bed) 2 bathroom place. Would recommend 100/100 times and will rent again when we come back!

Nice place...

Place was nice and clean. Spectacular view. Could use new mattresses and the lock box was a little difficult for someone with long fingernails. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
