The building is very rundown & noisy. Can hear the elevator traveling and the ding when it arrives etc.Walls and doors are beat up. Exception is the pool and pool area are well kept. The condo was in fair shape. Doors and walls beat up. The furniture was cheap and some of it was beat up too. Couch was broken down. You couldn't sit on it you sat in it. Mattress was fair. You could feel the side rails of the matteress and made noise when you turned over. Bedroom ceiling damaged, cracked and sagging from probable water damage.Old venetian blinds on bedroom window bent up. I did not try to open them because I was afraid it would break completely. Exterior door had gap at bottom that let in noise, air and anything else. I did not cook so I can't speak to the appliances or cookware. Good view and location. Was not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed.
