The full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker and microwave. The dining area fits up to six with additional bar seating for 4. The living area with flat screened TV leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the one of a kind views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool. Chances are, this will be your favorite spot to begin as well as end your day while soaking in the fresh Florida beach air.

The spacious master bedroom has a king and the large second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Each of these has a television and offers plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. All bedrooms have overhead lighting and ceiling fans. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. A short walk are the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. Across the street is John's Pass Village!
