Location was good - condition was okay

Girls trip for a long weekend. We picked this condo for the direct beach access and location to John’s Pass. The condition of the interior is lacking. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Furniture was dated and worn. Floors were dirty. No extra amenities like shampoo or paper towels. Would not return.

Beautiful and updated

The interior was just remodeled. Beautiful view. Pool was great and beach access was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawback for us, the mattress was very hard. Hurt joints - slept on the sofa 3 nights.

Amazing vacation!

This was the perfect place to bring two of my grandchildren for their first Florida vacation. The property was clean and conveniently located. We were able to walk across the street for our pirate cruise and our dolphin cruise. No worries about parking. I would definitely come stay again.

Highly recommend this condo!

My family and I loved our stay. The location is perfect. Within minutes of walking you have gift shops, restaurants and ice cream shops right behind the condo complex. The views were amazing sitting on the patio. Check-in/out was seamless and easy. We plan to visit again. The upkeep/cleaning was not as detailed as I personally clean but for a week stay it was no biggie. We had our 15 month old so rented some items from babyquip, which worked great. It was nice just being steps from the beach to get nap times in:) Just an fyi regarding having a toddler- some exposed electrical cords, glass table, no tub drain (plugged it with wash cloth), but totally managed.

Clean better food. On the front of dishwasher, refrigerator.,and old food on the base board under the dishwasher and the cabinet under the garbage cabinet

Sandy Shores, Madeira Beach

The location was excellent. It was very easy to get to dining and entertainment on foot. We enjoyed having a beachfront place with an ocean view balcony. The unit that we stayed in was tastefully decorated and the layout was spacious. Check in and check out were very easy and efficient. We appreciated being able to access the unit prior to check in time. The bathroom could use an update. The mattress is old and very uncomfortable. It needs replaced. Cleaning crew should pay closer attention to detail. The underside of the toilet seat was spoiled and there were also toenail clippings on the balcony from a previous renter. I am not one to make complaints, so we cleaned what needed attention and went about with our trip. We enjoyed ourselves and would consider renting at Sandy Shores in the future.

Excellent location-Killer view!

Super fun 2 weeks in our favorite spot. This condo is a great rent for the view and location. You won’t be disappointed with that. The condo itself needs updating. (The carpet has yuck stains and needs to go. The furniture is a bit tired. But honestly, you only notice when it’s a rainy day, otherwise you’ll be outside.) The beds are very firm…not great for me, but husband thought they were fine. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for what we needed. The pool area is very nice-plenty of chairs and tables and some nice grills for a grill out at sunset. Madeira is a super fun area and you won’t be sad you came.

Very outdated condo. Everything looks 25+ years old.

Condo has a gorgeous view and is large in size for a 1 bedroom. Very confusing where to go to check in. We walked around 3 parking lots with all our luggage. Condo above us was being renovated; literally jack hammer noise all day for 2 full days, then water shut off for a full morning with no notice. No shower; no toilet for 1/2 day. Carpeting was filthy; towels left white lint all over us. Will not be booking this again.

Good time great location

Location was excellent being able to walk everywhere! Property had the bare minimum necessities. Interior was rundown, baseboards were beat up, bathroom door was peeling, basically needs updated and some TLC. Looks pretty worn out on the inside. We also had little bugs crawling out of the sink and on the countertops. It was nice to have Two separate beds in the one bedroom. Although, the mattresses were very hard. Overall, even though the location was wonderful, the stay was not that enjoyable

Luggage Carts had Flats

We enjoyed the property right on the beach no long walk. The luggage carts were terrible. Overall everyone was helpful and they cleaned property every day.
