Abriendo a la sala de estar bellamente decorada, aquí encontrar�� un gran televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared con DVD y acceso al balcón que ofrece vistas sensacionales de la playa. Disfrute de coloridos atardeceres, un buen libro o simplemente siéntese y tome el sol desde este punto de vista único.

    ���Las tres habitaciones tienen mucho espacio y privacidad! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con puerta privada al balcón y televisi����n. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas queen y televisi����n, mientras que la tercera habitación tiene una queen. En conjunto, este es un excelente alquiler para parejas o familias m��s grandes de hasta 8 personas. Al igual que con todas las propiedades de SunHost, la ropa de cama, las toallas y las almohadas adicionales están surtidas y listas para su llegada. Lavadora y secadora están aquí tambi����n para su conveniencia.

Business trip with a couple days of relaxation.

The only draw back is it gets hot at night and you have to keep the airconditioner at 72 or it could freeze up.

Visit Often

We go every year for Thanksgiving first time staying at Beach Place but was very pleased ( even with Elevators down from Hurricane ). Place is beautiful, view is amazing, access to Beach, Sunset, and John's Pass great experience. Only fault...beds and pillows pretty uncomfortable.

We have stayed here, in various units 4 to 5 times now and each time is great. the only downfall is one elevator and it sometimes is too busy to use so you may have to walk up stairs (we dont mind because its exercise)

Delivers on location and space

The property was as described, right next to the beach with an oceanfront view. The crowds that congregate in the area however can be a bit trashy (loud, smoking, etc.) but that is John’s Pass in a nutshell. The AC was finicky and there were 0 amenities noted, besides dish soap. Make sure you bring soaps, shampoos, etc. Views were gorgeous from the property but is definitely somewhat dated. Overall a very good experience.

Reviewer Comments: good unit, good location, we have stayed here before, negatives since last staying are people go into pool area when the guy is cleaning in the morning before it is supposed to open and reserve chairs which you are not supposed to be able to do.then they take a tiki table with 4 chairs and also grab 4 loungers for the same group and nothing is left for anyone else, need to get a handle on that situation so everyone has some chairs during the day

Time for an update

Elevator was functioning for 2 of the 3 days we stayed which meant hiking luggage up and down stairs. Room was pretty outdated. Other that, the location is great. Balcony seemed a little small, couch recliner was in rough shape. Also the link to download the app does not work so we had to call for checkin info. Never heard from the property owner.

We enjoyed the shopping, food and karaoke. The description of the condo did say remodeled, but I feel like the improvements were minimal at best. The floors did seem to be new and that was nice. It was very clean. It was great having six beach chairs to use. We for sure would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Place is located in the perfect spot. Our condo was clean however we had to have maintenance come more than once. Our guest bathroom sink was leaking and our dryer did not work properly all week. We also had a group of teenage boys that stayed right above us (no parents in site) that kept us up all hours of the night. We called after called twice about the noise and though I know management isn't there in the evening it was very annoying.

Clean, comfortable, great view!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was outstanding. Appliances worked well. Dryer probably could use a new heating element. Water pressure in shower was great. Beds were pretty comfortable. Only complaint was cosmetic. Didn't finish painting in living room and a few balcony chairs broken. And finally the elevator... Extremely slow. The location of the condo was great. Walking distance to John's Pass. Great dining and shopping. Walking the beach was an everyday event. Something for everyone. Had a nice family vacation!

Spend your hard earned money on a nicer condo-NOT 408

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for a mediocre condo with cheap tiny towels, a dryer that’s junk, an old burned up coffee maker without even the right filters, a slower than molasses elevator that doesn’t work half of the time, a busted plastic patio chair with other outdated patio furniture that doesn’t fit, a bedroom with a tv that doesn’t work, no rugs to wipe ANY sand on (I mean, it is the beach right??), except for the one 5x7 in the living room completely engorged with sand (gross), and a master bed with cheap pillows that leaves you feeling sore and tired when you wake up, THIS is your condo!The owner of this unit needs to spend some money and do some updating. Even some simple things like better towels & some rugs would be a start...

Our Happy Place

Reviewer Comments: Beach Place 408 was very nice!Our only problem was the air conditioning was locked on 78 and I was unable to lower it to 72. I showed the Maintenance guy when he came to get the TV's working that the air conditioning was screwed up.That night it got to be 81 in the condo and there was heat coming 11:30 that night I called the emergency no. and they said someone would call back asap, then a half hour later, a female called back and said they would take care of it in the next morning. It was very uncomfortable that night trying to sleep! The next morning, maintenance had to call the owner for the code and then realized the circuit breaker had tripped. Then it was fine! I did mention to the lady I talked to the night before that I felt I should be compensated, no reply!Other than the air conditioning problem everything else was great!!

Elevator ruined everything!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very spacious and clean for the most part. Overall, I have to give a bad review simply because of the elevator. This company knows good and well the condition of the broken elevator, yet they don’t explain before you book. I canceled another location before booking The Beach Place, because they had the decency to call and warn us that the pool may or may not be finished by July. They were offering 20% off the stay if you kept your reservation. I canceled because we wanted a pool. This is where my problem comes in with SunHost Resorts-owner’s of Beach Place. During our stay, I talked with three different families who came in January and said the elevator was broken. They were offered 25% their stay. I called at least five times, and all SunHost would do is apologize for the inconvenience, and say it would be fixed. Can you imagine having to walk 4 floors ( eight flights of stairs) with a weeks worth of groceries and heavy bottle waters? This doesn’t even include luggage, strollers, babies, etc. this place charges way too much money not to have a working elevator, KNOWING good and well it malfunctions. SunHost after hours called me and sounded sympathetic, and said someone would return my call as I had asked for a percentage off my stay. There never was a phone call returned. Don’t stay here. Unless you want to climb stairs. I have had two neck surgeries, my elderly mother had back surgery, and we had to climb stairs all week if we wanted to leave our room . It was handled poorly, and because of that, our family was completely dissatisfied!

Beach Place #408

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Madeira Beach. Overal condo 408 was very nice and pretty clean. The kitchen counters and floors could have been a bit cleaner as there were some food remains/crumbs. The view from this unit was beautiful looking out directly onto the beach/ocean and listening to the waves. The only downfall with the view is that adjacent to Beach Place is a public parking area which in the evenings starts to fill and the parking lot and beach directly in front of condo has loud groups of people hanging out/milling around.The beds were comfy but the unit is in need of new window dressings. This was the units biggest downfall. People sitting on the balcony patio can see directly into the master bedroom patio door since just a sheer curtain. The other bedrooms; you could see into bedroom from the buildings outside hallway since blinds didn't close properly. The unit had a nice supply of bath towels. Would have liked more kitchen towels since only two supplied. Nice having the washer and dryer but dryer needs to be replaced. Took forever to dry things!!!The unit had 6 beach chairs!!!!! What a bonus! We were grateful for that! Wish there would also have been a small cooler or cooler bag to take tobeach since with flights / luggage we didn’t bring one. The pool was nice with plenty of seating. We would enjoy the beach till too hot and then would come up to the pool to cool down.Every day we would walk across to John's Pass. Was nice and convenient to be close enough to walk.The elevator was old and super slow.Unit had No hair dryers & could use some more basic kitchen utensils/ items like a pizza cutter, aluminum foil, clear wrap or a few plastic containers with lids for any leftovers want to put in fridge. There weren’t any of these items in unit. Enjoyed Hubbard Marine deep sea fishing trip & would recommend eating at The Friendly Fisherman & Crabby’s. Overall w

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here very much! We arrived early and the office staff held our luggage while we went to breakfast. They notified us that our condo was ready for check-in before the 4:00 check-in time. Our condo was very nice and clean. Loved the check-out situation. We were not required to throw out all our food and alcohol, like most places, so it didn’t go to waste! If I could change anything, it would be a faster air conditioned elevator! I will definitely stay here again!
