Beautiful property

Spacious modern vacation home

Lovely modern home, spacious, loved that two rooms had king beds, well appointed kitchen, terrific porch, tastefully done up withodern, beachy vibes, home is located in a very upscale residential neighborhood, 1 minute walk to the beach or bay, yet close to restaurants. Caleb is a super responsive host, he communicated just right, not too much and not too little, and at the right time. Is proactive and inspires a lot of confidence that he will go above and beyond to assist any guest needs of possible, for example, he made a last minute early check in request by us possible, and he replaced a blender that was not working within a few hours. Will for sure stay here again.

Excellent Host

Unfortunately, our stay had to be postponed due to Hurricane Helene passing near Florida, but Caleb is an awesome host! He quickly responds to all messages and was very accommodating when we had to postpone. I am definitely looking forward to getting our trip re-scheduled!

Wonderful home near the beach!

Clean modern house with lots of space! Great kitchen and outdoor space. Golf cart was very convenient and several restaurants and beach within a short walk! Owners were very responsive when fire alarm battery needed replaced!

Family vacation

Went on vacation with a couple small children and the property was fully stocked with items like pack and play, stroller, high chair, cart to carry them to the beach, etc. Location was great with a short walk to beach access. Pictures accurately portray the property and Caleb immediately responded and reacted to any questions. 10/10 would recommend!

Vacation of a lifetime. Will stay here again!

First and foremost- the property manager, Corey, is phenomenal. Quick to respond, extremely friendly, and so helpful throughout the stay. The home is beautiful. Modern, updated, roomy, clean, etc. my daughter (4) LOVED the giant bunk bed. We loved our memory foam beds as well. Will absolutely stay here again- no doubt! My ONLY complaints: 1. There’s no full body mirror. So getting ready for dinner was a little bit of a challenge. 2. The pool is not connected to the house and online listing makes it seem like it is. Overall, still give this place a 5/5 Stars. Thankful for this week packed full of memories and a beautiful beautiful place to stay. Thank you!!!

Great Getaway

We had a great week at this unit. Caleb was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. The golf cart was amazing. I wish we had just ubered from the airport because we used the golf cart the entire time! We have young kids and it was an easy walk to the beach with all the provided gear each day. Just the Vacay we needed.

A New Tradition

We love Indian Rocks and this condo so much, the Family has decided that this will be our new yearly tradition. Great location, clean unit, lots of restaurants and the beach is a block away.

Awesome place to stay!

This place was amazing! It was so clean and had everything we could think of to accommodate our big family. The bunkroom was perfect for our four kids. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back in the future. Also, I have never had such great communication with a host before.... more than five stars!!

Indian Rocks Beach

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need is there with the golf cart, beach equipment, beach towels, towels and linens. There is a short walk to the beach access as well as some restaurants. Caleb is an excellent host! He was quick to answer my questions and checked in to see how things were going. We are hoping to come back and stay in this same property.

Stayed at this property for Spring Break and do not wait to book this amazing property. Property is clean and in perfect condition and in a great location. Excellent property for beach vacation. The unit is large, beautifully and newly renovated. It is well equipped with everything you need including for baby! Caleb was so welcoming and available We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place!

We loved this house! It was so clean, exactly as pictured. It was stocked with everything you need in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and in the kitchen. Never have I ever slept as well in another person's house. The beds, sheets and pillows were 5-star hotel quality. Location was also very convenient only being one block from the beach and lots of food and a CVS down the road. Caleb was an awesome host! He is very responsive and nice from the moment we booked until we left his property. You won't regret booking here! I would definitely stay here again if we come back to IRB.
