Absolutely beautiful property

The pictures and descriptions don't do this property justice. We were extremely happy with this condo as it had everything we could imagine needing. From the large bedrooms, appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and comfy furniture to the two balconies with gorgeous views this unit has it all. Not to mention the three large flat screen tv's. Check in and communication was flawless and easy. We had stayed at this property previously but not in this particular unit. The area is located conveniently within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and of course the beach. We will be returning to this beautiful condo.

Great Clearwater Beach Condo

Location was perfect for us! Within a few blocks of favorite restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Short drive to Sand Key for a less crowded beach day. Wagon, chairs, cooler, toys and towels provided. Kitchen well stocked and living room comfortable. Morning coffee bayside and evening cocktails catching the sunset from the main bedroom balcony was amazing!

Perfection

This was our second year staying in this condo. It’s the perfect location. It has everything you need. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the early AM. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Summer Camp Getaway

We chose this condo for its proximity to Clearwater Aquarium as our daughter was attending summer camp there. It was convenient, close to the cutest ice cream shop, and so comfortable. Very homey and roomy for the three of us.

Great Location - Amazing Views

Condo was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to beach items to use. The location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and activities. We did not have a vehicle for the week and didn't need it. Property owner was great to work with, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious 2 bedroom right across from gulf w amazing views of bay

Loved the two bedroom condo conveniently located across the street from the beach . Both sides of the condo have amazing views . Very modern and spacious . The only drawback was the construction across the street . The Jack hammers start going off at 730 am . However it wiener too loud as long as you are Inside the condo .The owner was great he reasonded quickly to any questions . I would stay here again .

Great place in Clearwater Beach

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Great location, close to beach, shops & restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. It’s much bigger than it looks in photos, plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful place!

Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants, and activities. Beautiful views from both balconies. Unit was fully stocked with everything including extra pillows, bed linens, towels, beach items (we added a few more things). Kitchen had everything needed to cook a dinner in. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed with some issues

The property itself is very nice and in an excellent location. There was a "new owner" of the property that took over a few days before we arrived on our trip. We had a few issues that needed to be resolved and the owner did resolve the issues in a relatively timely manner. We let him know about a few things that he should have fixed after we departed, so hopefully they were done for the next group to rent the property. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay in a very nice property in an excellent location.

Nicely decorated beach condo

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Clearwater and it has changed a lot. This place is clean and just big enough. It had everything we needed for the beach and lots of room for kids to play. This place has towels for beach and bath, beach chairs, curtesy of our kids two noodles, a cooler and a cart to pull these things to the beach. Be sure to put your parking sticker immediately on your car. We were towed 50 minutes after our arrival on a Saturday night. I would not stay in this building again due to this parking policy from the building managers and condo owners association! Stroll to the beach in about 5 minutes navigating some lights.

Clean in a Great Location

I can't say enough about our stay.....everything was perfect! The property was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly need, including beach gear. It is in a great location with ample parking and within walking distance to everything. Darcey was a great host and responded immediately to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again when visiting Clearwater.

The perfect spot , a sure choice next time

Stayed in April 2022 This location couldn't have been more perfect. Besides the unit being super clean and updated the location and ease of access was amazing. The owner was also very accommodating and communication was prompt. The unit has everything you would need to make your vacation perfect from household items to beach items, your needs have been thought through by the owner for sure. Its nice to find a a unit that has been well maintained and you feel as if you are home. I would highly recommend this unit to others looking for a high end unit in a prime location and at a reasonable price! It was nice to enjoy the views of the marina side to watch dolphins and also enjoy views out the back facing the ocean in the evenings. Thank you for letting us stay in your rental and will surely book again.

Spring Break 2022

This was a wonderful condo for my family and me. Everything we needed was right there. The condo was very clean, which is extremely important to me. Darcey was fantastic. There were a couple of times I needed to get in contact with her. She responded immediately. The views from the fifth floor were incredible. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sun come up. The beach is very close and family friendly. Many restaurants are close by and a Publix grocery store was close by so we could pick up some food items. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Clearwater.

Beautiful condo. Great location

We did a girls weekend. Perfect space for 4 of us. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. Short walk to the beach and within walking distance of food and shopping. We parked our car and didn’t use it until we left. Thank you Darcy for everything.

So clean and spacious

This property was so clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for the beach. My family and I were so comfortable and amazed that we didn’t need to get anything but our food for the week. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Working with the property owners was easy too.

Great trip!

This property is much better in person than appears in the pictures. Extremely spacious, plenty of light when you open the windows. On an end unit and floor that doesn't get much traffic so privacy is not a concern. Nice decor. Master is on the opposite side of the kids room which is great for separation. The homeowners have taken great care in making sure that folks have ANYTHING they may need. Truly, everything is there and in great supply. Loved the balconies, people watching on one and dolphin watching on the other. The pool was true to size as in pictures...small but we went in the morning when others were going to the beach and swapped our day and had much of it to ourselves in doing that. The pool wasn't the cleanest but we tried to overlook that. The place is in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and activities which was perfect for us. Plenty to do nearby. Our cons were very few. The master bed was hard for me (side sleeper) and often had me tossing and turning a lot of the night. I think I read that on another review and was hoping that would not be the case but unfortunately was. My husband's experience was fine though....so to each their own! The only other item that I didn't care for were the notes all around the home. Many were helpful (what light switches worked what lights) but others were a constant reminder of what not to do (for example not to steal the charger cords, not to use wash cloths without taking makeup off first, etc.). House rules absolutely make sense, but I found the notes all over the place (versus a 1 pager when you arrive) took away from the experience. I wouldn't expect that in a hotel, and similarly wouldn't here either. We like to pretend rentals like this are our beach house. 😁. Overall, glad we picked this rental and am sure others would enjoy it as well.

Absolute Perfection

My family and I visited Clearwater for the first time this past week and had the pleasure of staying here at Dockside at Darcey and Dan’s. This place had EVERYTHING we could need. We literally only had to bring clothing. This made things so much more relaxed. Especially traveling from SC! Not only is the condo amazing and so so clean, but the balcony facing the bay was my place every single morning at 6 am. I spent hours each morning taking in the beauty and the nature. The dolphins and manatees are incredible and the seagulls are so fun to watch. We could not have asked for a better “home away from home”. Thank you so much! We already want to come back!!!
