Wonderful week in IRB! Our second time at this condo which very comfortably accommodated 6 with room to spare. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need and there were plenty of towels in bathrooms and for the beach. Washer and dryer worked great and is super handy. The view from the condo is amazing - you can hear the waves from the room. Hot tub and pool areas were busy but very clean and everyone was friendly. Grills worked great as well. Easy walk to Kooky Coconut and other restaurants. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us again!

Rick was very accommodating and attentive to be sure everything went smoothly with check in and check out. Being the weather turned quite chilly during our stay, he even checked in with us to be sure we were staying warm. So kind and thoughtful. The condo itself was just as pictured and we found it to be very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

We vacation 6-8 times a year. We have stayed in a lot of different places. Rick was by far the most attentive owner we have had the pleasure of renting from. I reached out to him about a toaster and it was there the next day. My daughter also left her switch case with games and he reached out to his cleaner and found it immediately. Very nice experience all around.

Rick and Charlotte were wonderful hosts! We were looking for a new location this year and this one was perfect for our group! Made lots of new friends while there. Staff is onsite regularly and does a great job enforcing the rules and keeping everything clean and tidy. A lot of things to do and the property is very well maintained. The condo itself is laid out perfectly and we had everything we needed when we arrived.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! Everything is as advertised. Everything was clean. Communication was great! There is plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and a tent to use on the beach. We loved the ocean as the waters are calm for smaller children. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to the area.

Absolutely love staying here !

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we are never disappointed! Love the area ,love the beach area ,love the amenities the property has to offer! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more .The secret must be out about this property because it’s booked up so we have to grab the opportunity to come back whenever we can ! Beautiful property

The condo is in a nice, quiet, older, but wellmaintained building with a great balcony and a beautiful ocean front view. There is a pool, hot tub, gas grills, a tennis court (that doubles as a pickleball court), lots of chairs around the pool that are never saved ahead of time. So you can always find a chair.Super easy to get to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We were so lucky and saw pods ofmanatees swimming that we could almost touch. Was amazing to see. The condo looks just like pictures posted. The sunsets are beautiful. It’s very much a family type of crowd, no young college partying kids when we were there. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to, but you can always take the trolly to St.Pete or Clearwater Beach. The trolly stop is right out front of the Reef. And, it’s a quick trip in to town. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we had. The kitchen has everything we could need. Nice, new washer and dryer in unit. Felt safe taking evening walks on the beach and I would recommend this unit.

This was a great space with a spectacular view. The place is well stocked with necessities and fantastic amenities. Great communication with the owners. Loved the easy access to restaurants and walking paths. Hope to use again!

beautiful views on the fifth floor. comfortable balcony and lovely sunsets. pool area is getting beautiful upgrades and will have lots of room and chairs. beach was easily accessible.condo had nice kitchen and comfortable beds.owner was super easy to work with and communication was excellent. condo was clean. new washer/dryer. plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing Sunset View

We loved this condo! We stayed for a week and everything was great. The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. It was a convenient place to stay situated between St. Pete and Clearwater Beaches with lots of places to eat within walking distance and a grocery close driving distance. The parking was designated, so there was never a problem. There were luggage carts and grocery carts to move your stuff. The pool was very nice with plenty of seating and umbrellas. The beach access was easy and close. The best part was the big balcony where we could watch the pool, tennis courts, and beach. The beach actually is closer than it appears in the pictures. We tried to be home at sunset every evening because we had the perfect view from the balcony. It was quiet the whole time we were there. We would love to return.
