Beautiful Place

Great location! Loved the view of the beach from the bedroom and the big balcony with lots of room to stretch out. There is also a smaller balcony over looking the pool.So nice restaurants close by too! The hosts were very great!We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Gulf front condo with lovely views

Corner unit condo, roomy, well equipped, clean and tidy. Beach towels and umbrellas, beach chairs were available— always a plus. Owners were friendly and responsive. Condo building has nice size pool, and hot tub, outside grills and reasonable amount of outdoor space with lounge chairs and places to hang out. Location is great. We highly recommend!

Wonderful! Loved our stay!

My 3 teenage children and I loved our stay here! The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The balconies were second to none and being directly on this beautiful beach was as good as it gets. We loved the pool deck and walking downstairs and directly onto the sand. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. I researched a tremendous amount before choosing this condo and I couldn't be happier.

Wonderful Beach Cottage stay.

We have been renting this condo for a few years now at Christmas. The apartment is very clean and organized. The kitchen is very well stocked and easy to cook in. It has very nice views with good access to the pool and beach. The owners, Ken and Ellen Frey are attentive, but not overbearing. Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From breakfast on the balcony watching the ocean to watching the sunset from the balcony. The location is perfect, exactly as pictured. The unit is close to the pool and hot tub. The owner provides beach chairs and towels. The unit truly felt like home for the week. I can't wait to come back and bring the rest of the family. I had such a wonderful and relaxing time and would definitely recommend this unit.

Great beachfront property!

We wanted a property north of the more crowded sections of Clearwater Beach, and this location was ideal. The listing is accurate and check-in went smoothly. The host was responsive to all inquiries. We had originally scheduled a stay on Sanibel Island; however, Hurricane Ian's destruction made this impossible. I missed the shelling as the finds here were minimal. However, the sights and sounds of the Gulf from this property made up for it! We had a great time.

When we first arrived it was late, our flight is the reason. I didn’t have the code for the door in the last message. I didn’t think to look at something sent a month early. Once figured that out, we got in no problem. They have a lot of things for their guest to use. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach was great! They also had laundry, dish soap, some spices. Which is amazing, we travel a lot, we buy things then throw them away. This was a pleasant surprise. The pier was destroyed, so that was disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely think about coming again!

Great Views, Close to Everything

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this well equipped condo unit overlooking the beach. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises have filled up my phone. A short walk gets you pretty much anything you need. The building is older but this unit has been updated nicely. The pool area is vast but the pool is tiny. Did I mention there is a beautiful beach right in front, so not an issue. We stayed with family in a separate unit on another floor so it gave us privacy and ability to be close all at once. I would highly recommend this property and will use it again myself. Thanks to Ken and Ellen for your hospitality. Cheers, Bill and Jennifer.
