Condo has great bones. The two balconies and oversized living/dining room are great. Views were beautiful. The unit needs a deep clean. We had to clean it when we got there... food was everywhere (counters, furniture, floors, the sleeper was absolutely FULL of food and dirty tissues. Toothpaste on the sinks and holders. Layers of dust were on everything. Dishes looked dirty so loaded everything to run a clean and the dishwasher smelled of burning rubber. Notified property manager. Husband decided to look under the sink and found the water to the DW was off... so the dishes WERE dirty. Cabinet are all sticky. Cleaning service came back and recleaned the floors upon request. We scrubbed the rest to be sure it was clean (you're welcome). The fact that anything was cleaned aside from making the beds was questionable... even the sheets and towels. Please do better. I will say the property management company was pretty good in regard to being responsive to our concerns, but the turnover staff need looking into.

Great spot -- quick walk to beach which had super soft sand!! Next door to Publix (grocery store) which was helpful for quick trips! It was odd that there were only 2 wine glasses in the place and 0 plastic cups (like for going down to pool) or plastic plates/bowls (well there was a plastic serving bowl) which is something good to know if you are traveling with a child! There were plenty of plates/cups otherwise, and I do prefer ceramic/glass, but it is helpful to have options. There were some pretty good sized dustballs which I found after something fell between the bed and bedside table. We didn't pull the couch out to see the bed in the living room, but half the couch did sink down quite a bit- I'm glad we were only using the bedroom beds which were VERY comfortable and had lots of pillows! The pool was lovely- warm enough to easily get in. Not really any shade in the pool area (no umbrellas) until about 4:30pm. Pool was on the bay side, which we saw dolphins in! I wasn't expecting our booking to go through like a third party (iTrip) vendor which was fine, they were responsive when the wifi went out for several hours and when a door to a closet fell off, though the pre-vacation guidebook was hard to obtain (I actually don't think I ever got the guidebook).Also very dirty back balcony (black feet and sponge black when cleaning the table though 'clean' to the eye).Overall, great place, I would return to it, just some quirks, like most places you stay at :)

The Palms of Treasure Island is our favorite go-to on Treasure Island. The location is so convenient! So glad to see this area coming back strong after the one-two hurricane punches of 2024.

Great spot!

We have stayed at the Palms previously so we knew this would be a good vacation spot. Our unit was wonderful in terms of location and size. We had plenty of room!!

The corner unit was in a great location! Enjoyed sitting on the patio, the view was great. Seen a few dolphins and lots of pelicans. My only complaints are the room temp was set to 72 and we would leave and come back and the temp would be 78-80 and the thermometer would be set at 75 or 76. Would take a while for unit to cool down again. The other thing is the floor was dirty. The bottom of our feet were black after walking on floor and this was on the first day there. Maybe look into something better to clean the floors. Otherwise a good rental for our family/friend vacation.

Great location

Our family had an easy check in thanks to the communication that we received in advance through email and text. The unit was clean, had more than enough space, 2 beautiful balconies (with views) and the location was perfect for our family!

Perfect getaway

Perfect week to take a vacation! Very clean, comfortable place to stay! We came after kids were back in school and before people came in for Labor Day so we practically had the beach and the pool to ourselves! Very quiet and relaxing end of summer! Nice place to visit all around for a couple middle age empty nesters! Loved it!

The condo was as advertised, clean, and close to restaurants, bars, groceries. The added availability of free transportation to and from the airport and surrounding beaches and activities was a bonus!

Cancellation denied -State of Emergency

I reserved and paid for my stay from 8/3/24- 8/5/24 but then canceled my trip on 8/2, once the state of Emergency order was issued by Gov. DeSantis. I reached out go both VRBO and the management company to advise them I would not be going. I was denied a refund even though there was a state of Emergency and voluntary evacuations. I wasn't even offered to change dates. They responded by saying I didnt purchase the insurance therfore I had no options. I couldn't put myself or children in harms way and didn't go. Beware, profits over customer servive and safety.

Great Family Spot

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Lots of room to spread out and separate kids from adults. Spent lots of time on the double balconies, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Chairs provided but they could use an upgrade. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Would stay again!

Grad trip 2024

Brought our family to Treasure Island for our daughter’s college graduation get away. Everything was wonderful. Second time staying at the condo building. We’ve enjoyed both times and will definitely return again and again. Thank you for the perfect location and all the amenities.
