Well located and clean

Perfect week in st Pete!

We loved this property. It was so bright and airy and had plenty of space for me and my two teenage sons. Everything was clean and neat and the location was perfect for us. We 100% would stay here again.

RELAXING ATMOSPHERE

Other than a few minor cosmetic issues with the cleanliness and furnishings, my friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Recommend others consider a stay here.

Great location

Spacious home, perfect for our group of 6. Condo community was in a great location. Nice community pool & grounds. Condo could use more towels, dishes & glasses.

Great Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication with management was very thorough and responses were quick. The location was perfect for us and we loved how close the pool was to the rental. The area is very quiet, calm, and peaceful. The home was very clean and we had no issues with anything in the rental. Everything was perfect. We would rent again in the future if we’re in the St. petersburg area for vacation.

Island in the sun

Isla del Sol is a great place to stay in the winter. Lots of space to walk or ride bikes. The seafood in the area is some of the best. This property however needs work. Mostly small items where the management company is tardy, ice maker, ceiling fan and lights in living room, outlets not working and a/c vents needing cleaning. The local pool is close by , but the water view pictures are misleading. For a couple this unit is fine but a family would be crowded. There are many other rental units in the area, hopefully better cared for .

Graduation Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was big enough for our family that came in for our daughters college graduation. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was huge with a large walk-in closet. The twin beds were a little small for my 25 year 6 foot son, but would be perfect for small kids. The kitchen was well stocked and even had coffee filters!!! The kitchen table only sat 4, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The location was perfect! 10 minutes to St. Pete beach! There is a $1 Toll when you get off of 275 that’s manned, and then another one coming back from the beach that’s unmanned. The surrounding property was beautiful with a golf course as you enter the complex. The pool area was very nice and clean. We had a couple of minor issues, including the cable going out, but the management company took care of everything immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for graduation

Our family of 3 young adults and 2 parents got together for their brother’s college graduation. This property was perfect for our group. Location close to beach and just 15-20 minutes from St Petersburg was ideal. House is just as advertised. Clean, well-stocked. Smart tvs, laundry, coffee maker all new and work well. Neighborhood is a pretty typical golf course set up with some walking paths but not a lot of shade, if that’s your thing. Communication with property manager Bonnie was first rate. When we arrived, the umbrella for the outdoor space had been damaged in a storm. She had a new umbrella within an hour, and she answered a couple of other questions with just as easily. Our one suggestion: 10am checkout is pretty challenging for a 3 bed/3 bath property where people are likely to stay with family. It’s the earliest checkout we’ve ever had at any VRBO house (our previous St Pete rental was noon) so it’s a good thing to be aware of when you book.

We arrived in St. Petersburg and was amazed at the beautiful neighborhood and the inviting home that we would be staying in for our vacation. The location of the home was perfect for accessing all the activities that we had planned in the surrounding communities and at the different beaches. Annie, Bonnie, and Heather were amazing to work with in setting up the reservation and in making sure we were comfortable. Everything was so perfect, we did not hesitate to plan another vacation in 2025. We highly recommend scheduling your vacation with the wonderful people at NextHome Beach Time Realty.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed at this property for several years now, as we love the area, close pool, walking paths, etc. When we arrived this year, we knew that there would have been a recently completed renovation, but didnt realize that we were the first family to stay in the house. The reno was very well done, and updated the home. The showers and kitchen are the most noted differences, and make the home more roomy and spacious. Overall, our experience was great, as always.

I will say its perfect for what we need, but there are a few very small items that could make the experience that much better. For one, provide a vacuum and broom. I would recommend replacing the broken blinds, replace the master bedroom sinks, or at least the drain plugs, replace the master bedroom shower curtain. As i mentioned, small items that would warrant a full 5 stars. Nothing that should stop you from staying there, but a little TLC could go a long way considering the price.Overall, a great, quiet place to stay, especially with younger children.

My friends and I take the kid’s somewhere fun every year so we can spend time together since they’ve known each other since they were born. We needed a large place that accommodated 3 moms and 3 kids. This place was perfect for our goal. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for playing games making dinners and mom having drinks on the patio. The beach was super close- bring dollar bills for the toll road. The restaurants were great and very close. The beach was beautiful and we grabbed lots of sand dollars. Bring snorkeling stuff. The place was overall perfect and super clean. Which was the most important thing for us moms. Thank you next home for making our stay wonderful!!

Kitchen had everything you need for cooking except food and spices of course. Looking at the pictures, you may assume the pool and hot tub are right out your patio door. They’re not. We had a large pond with ducks and turtles and a few egrets. We actually loved that. We did have access to the pools. Short walk away. I would definitely stay here again on the property again. Our only issue was the twin beds are small and don’t assume an adult would be comfortable in one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is vacationing in the area.
