Surf. Sun and fun

This was our 4th stay here and as always was excellent. Ali goes above and beyond to make sure her unit is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. It’s decorated so beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and having a pool out your front door makes it that much better. We love staying in a small unit of apartments like this… no stairs or elevators to deal with and the beach is just steps away. You will not be disappointed!!

It was wonderful!

My husband, me and my daughter stayed there. It was a wonderful location and we had a great time. Just a very short distance from the beach and other places. The rooms were very roomy, clean and well done. Everything about Coconut Villas was perfect! If ever in town again, we would definitely stay there. Thanks Ali for a wonderful trip. P.S. - You do need a measuring cup. The only thing that was missing. LOL

I thought to it to be clean and charming.Eveything we needed for the beach and pool was available for our use. A quiet and comfortable place. Pots and pans and dishes were plentiful and nice. If I come back to the area I would like to book this unit again!

Coconut villas FABULOUS!!!

I would go back and stay here again. Super clean!! Has everything you need for a perfect getaway; even things you wouldn’t expect. It’s been a no worries stay because everything was here. Host is easy contact and responds quickly. I am very appreciative of the thought put in to decorate and supply home comforts. Easy access with a quick few steps across the street to beach. Thank you

Adorable condo with great location to the beach

I chose this condo for a 3 night girls get away. The location to the beach was wonderful. We loved that we could all have our own bed and that there were 2 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and wagon. Everything was very clean and the condo had an adorable courtyard with pool. Great location. Had an adorable coffee shop right down the street and many good restaurants. Our favorite was Burrito Social. Appreciate how communicative the owner was.

Great location with everything

Ali’s unit has everything you could possibly want: location across the street from the beach, beach chairs, umbrella & kids water toys, pool outside the door, and every kitchen amenity possible. Restaurants within walking distance too.

Great Place

Location was great, right across the street from public access. Probably not the best location for smokers though, as you cannot smoke inside the the pool area. Also, there is no extra parking for visitors, there is one assigned parking spot per condo. We would have booked again for next year, but we got beat to it for next year. We really enjoyed the place.

Great location, close to the beach!

Perfect location for us, enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach. Everything was as noted in the listing. The wagon, beach chairs and towels we’re very handy. Great communication with host, was very nice to have two full bathrooms in the unit. Guests staying in other units were very friendly as well. We plan to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend.

We love Coconut Villas!

Heaven on Earth!

Ali is the best host ever! She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (including cookware, plates, utensils, cups, etc.). The needs were very comfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The decor made us feel like we were sitting right in the beach. We had everything we needed for the beach, from a wagon to carry everything, beach towels, tots, to an umbrella. The pool and patio area was very clean and my grandson enjoyed so much. The neighbors and guests were very welcoming. It is the perfect place for your beach vacation. You will not be disappointed! We look forward to staying here again on our next beach adventure. Thank you, Ali, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great Stay at Coconut Villas!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coconut Villas! The heated pool is heavenly surrounded by palm trees & warm breezes. The location of the condo is really great, beach is right across the street ,there is an awesome coffee shop down the block & good restaurants are close by. This is a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Loved it!

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything you need to either stay at the heated pool or walk across the street to the beach. Very good communication with the owner on the few questions we had. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping options. Wonderful stay - thank you!

Couldn’t have been happier about this stay! Condo was great and the pool was even better! Ali was an awesome host and very good about communicating everything to us! Looking for annual retreat

We have friends in the area so location was great. Very clean and fresh. The rooms, pool, etc were fresh with clean paint. Had great curb appeal. The rooms were very clean and accommodating.

Wonderful accommodation

This property was very clean and very well supplied with everything you could need. Also had beach chairs, other beach items and a wagon to take supplies to the beach. We spent two weeks here and it was so nice to have the heated pool right outside our door. Ali is a super owner and checked in several times to be sure we had all that we needed . We were so happy with the unit that we have booked it for next year.

Beautiful Staycation!!

Ali's condo was amazing, very clean and had everything you would need to feel right at home. The whole building was awesome and everyone was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly as well. The pool was right outside the front door of the unit and the beach access was an easy walk straight across Gulf Blvd. Would stay again next year!!
