Great Location!

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, easy access to the beach, everything as advertised in the listing. There was an excellent selection of beach gear and the kitchen was well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental exceeded the pictures. It was clean, lovely, had great bathrooms and tons of great details! Each bathroom had built in nightlights, each bedroom had a tv and a fan, the washer/dryer were very high end, the view was spectacular! I cannot recommend this unit enough! Most of the restaurants were literally across the street and they were very good!

5 women. Perfect weather! Accommodations were amazing. Clean, right on the beach…We wanted for nothing and communication with owner was a quick responding text. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home. Wonderful location with quite beach.We had an issue with the AC unit which was quickly resolved by the manager within an hour after contacting them. Great service would highly recommend!

Top Notch

This was our second stay at this listing. The place is very clean, bright, stocked, and I would say bigger than it looks in pictures. The hosts are fantastic with communication. We have rented many places in many different locations and this host runs the tightest ship. Much appreciated!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 9. The beach front location was perfect for our family that couldn’t make it down to the beach everyday as they could watch from above and still be part of the fun at the pool. All requests were handled very quickly (we needed a pack n play and they dropped one off in about 20 minutes). We would definitely rent this space again for groups around 10.

Amazing week!

My family and I spent a week at the house. It’s private and quiet! Our only “complaint” is that there aren’t enough pillows (one per person) and our kids woke up at the crack of dawn because the windows didn’t have curtains to block the sunlight. We even booked the same house for a week in 2024 already 🙃

Beautiful property right on the Beach!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Incredible location right on the Beach! Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Easily handled our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! Awesome supply of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for guests use. We had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of when we first checked in and Taylor, the property manager, was immediately responsive and helpful, and continued to be that way for anything we needed the whole week we were there! I would highly recommend this rental for an incredible stay in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

We loved 78 On The Rocks! The views of the beach and the ocean are amazing from the main floor and the master bedroom. Master bedroom is huge. Pool is new and always warm. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of stuff for the beach in the storage locker. Soft white sand on the beach, see the sunset from the beach or the balconies. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Our family loved the whole 2 weeks and we are hoping to go back next winter.

Two Week Stay

We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and beach were never busy, and being in the front building kept us from seeing much of anyone else. We will absolutely be requesting this property again next year. After 8 years of vacationing in this area, this has by far been our family’s favorite!

Dream Week!

If I could give more stars, I would! Taylor, the property manager was super cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and fit our 4 families perfectly. When we weren't in the ocean, we were in the pool, which we most often had to ourselves. The little kids loved all the water toys in the storage closet. This week was everything I had hoped for our family vacation! Thank you!

Another Great 2 Weeks at 78 "On the Rocks"

An amazing home, lots of room (four adults and 3 children 5 years and younger) and lots of amenities. Amazing sunsets from the main floor and second floor balconies. My grandchildren used the pool everyday! Nice and warm. Beach is (literally) right in your backyard. The storage locker had lots of beach chairs, shovels, pails and toys. We have booked again for next year!

Fantastic Beach Thanksgiving!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this property with 9 people the week of Thanksgiving. Location to the beach could not be better - the heated pool and ability to walk to many restaurants in IRB was a plus. Beds were comfortable and we made great use of the beach gear (chairs, balls/toys, etc.) in the storage closet. Amenities, rooms and decor were very high end with a luxury feel.Some additional silverware would be appreciated - if the property is advertised as sleeping 10, please provide enough utensils to last more than one meal! Other than that, the kitchen is well appointed, much more so than we've come to expect from beach rental units. The kitchen layout and large island made for a nice family experience. We had one small issue with a running toilet but the property company got on it immediately and it was fixed within 2 hours. Communications before, during and after our visit were very prompt, friendly and helpful.Recommended visits nearby are the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and water park (walking distance next to the Holiday Inn).Overall a great trip that the whole family enjoyed and we would visit again.

There were issues with a shower not working and the heat was not working correctly but Taylor had people out to take care of the issues. It was disappointing that the pool was closed but considering a hurricane came through about 6 weeks ago, we understood.

Had plenty of beach toys and chairs. Previous guest did not wash off beach toys and chairs in outside closet. We found several restaurants in the area that did not necessitate our driving into high traffic areas. Everything you need is located close by.
