We had a lovely ladies weekend and are grateful to our hosts who made it so comfortable and easy for us to fully enjoy our time in Clearwater Beach. The location was ideal, and the home enabled us to enjoy the views from a rooftop deck, a back deck, and fun time poolside. In addition we were super grateful for how easy you made it to get to the beach -- towels, chairs, and a fabulous wagon were all included. Thank you. Hope to visit again soon.

House was nice and clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. This place is all about location though. It is right on the water, with a great view. A short walk to bars/restaurants (Frenchys) and the beach. My friends and I liked this place a lot.

Great location - nice rooftop deck

Very nice place to stay in Clearwater beach - within walking distance to everything. The only two gripes I have is that the master bathroom shower water pressure was weak and the house has three bedrooms which can sleep 6 people very comfortably, so I don’t see a valid reason why there is a surcharge when there is a 5th & 6th person staying at the house. Other than those two things, Everything else was great.

Wonderful property perfect area!

Great townhome with every thing you need. Quiet neighborhood with great views! We loved sitting on the multiple patios and rooftop. We had fun playing ping pong and connect 4 and corn hole and enjoyed watching the sunset. The best is being able to easily walk to restaurants and shops in this beautiful area. Highly recommend.

New Years 2025

We had a wonderful time here. The property is in a great location--on a quiet offshoot of Coronado but only minutes from the beach, restaurants, etc. The pool was perfect for our kids to swim in. The kitchen was well equipped to cook just about anything, including a new grill on the patio. The washer and dryer were brand new as well. It's clear the owners care about the property and the experience their guests' have. The hosts were also great with communication from start to finish. We had a small miscommunication on the availability of a pack and play, and the host remedied it within a few hours. Overall, a great experience across the board and we'd absolutely stay again next time we're in Clearwater Beach.

Relaxing

Loved every minute of our time at this home. It was spacious and clean. Great views of sunrise and sunset on the rooftop deck. My niece loved the ping pong table. Not a far walk to the beach. We actually walked everywhere we wanted to go without issue. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay in Clearwater Beach

I highly recommend this property when visiting Clearwater Beach. Check-in and out were easy and the property manager was always available. The side street location allows for maximum peace and serenity for your morning coffee overlooking the harbor. The townhome offers 4 stories for maximum privacy for all guests. It is also well stocked with games and supplies. The location is a short walk to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed it!!

Wonderful Townhome

This townhouse was beautiful and included many unexpected items, such as beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, a wagon, and beach towels. Everything you need and would expect, such as TP, paper towels, dishes, etc., was included in plenty. The AC worked wonderfully, which was important in the Florida heat. All three kids, including two teenage girls, loved the location, spaciousness, pool, ping pong table, rooftop, and having their own bathroom. This townhome is a short 10-minute walk (with a five-year-old, probably shorter for adults only) from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater, FL. We enjoyed a Threshers Baseball game, the Clearwater Aquarium, and a dolphin tour, which are all either walkable or within a very short drive. Tons of restaurants and shopping locations are also within walking distance. We were also treated to a delightful fireworks show from the causeway, which we had a great view of from the rooftop. This was an extra bonus that we didn't know about. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful location for a great vacation!

This property was impeccable! Very clean and well kept and perfectly appointed for our family. The rooftop was especially nice to have to catch some mid-day sun away from the crowds. We really loved this place and will be returning n the future.

Canadian Getaway

The on line ad is a very accurate description to the actual home. Excellent location in Clearwater to all ammenities yet very quiet and relaxed setting. The elevator was a plus for sure. We would recommend this home as a good family rental.

Great location, Great rooftop, Clean and loved the elevator for luggage and to go to the rooftop

This VRBO had a lot to offer with a great location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooftop was our favorite place to have coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise and a great way to end the evening while watching the sunset. Lots of good places to eat around us and the beach is just a couple of blocks away. House was clean and having the elevator was a major plus considering it is a 4 level condo. The pool was nice. We would definitely recommend this to everyone.
