Quick get away

My wife and I justed wanted to relax for a long weekend, this was a great cottage. In a small town, very close to the beach and many very good restaurants. We didn't have to drive at all!!

Mermaid Cove remains amazing!

This is our third time staying at Mermaid Cove and our family has loved it every time. My youngest couldn’t get enough of the backyard mini golf and my oldest couldn’t get enough of the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate booking for a fourth stay.

Perfect beach getaway

This is our 3rd time renting a property from Sabrina and Bill as they have always been wonderful hosts and their properties are beautiful and well kept. We chose Mermaid's Cove as it was a 2-bedroom with a separate living/kitchen area and close to the beach (2min walk). Check-in was easy and instructions were provided the day of. The property had everything needed for an extended stay (2 weeks w. 2 children 10yo/8yo) and more. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dinner/cookware and basic necessities such as coffee filters, sponges, soap, etc. The large window in the kitchen was wonderful to eat breakfast by. The living room was spacious and furniture was confortable (loved the couch/sectional). The bedrooms were the perfect size and included large closets which helped keep the rooms clutter free during the stay. The queen bedroom had a door leading to a private deck/walkout with a table and chairs. The king bedroom had more than enough space for 2 adults and empty suitcases etc. Bathroom was a good size and never felt cramped. Everything was clean on arrival with towels and extra bedding available. The vacuum/broom/dustpan came in handy for after the beach. I love that there is a separate laundry room and so many beach items available. Overall, the stay was excellent and we enjoyed our time there. We had a minor issue towards the end of our stay which resolved itself but Bill was very quick to respond. Hoping to book again for 2025 once our time off confirmed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family vacation. The area was nice and quiet, easy access to the beach with maybe a 5 min walk. The apartment was loaded with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. the outdoor sheds were filled with any and every beach supply you would ever need including coolers, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys. the outdoor put-put area was cute and the kids enjoyed it. Also there was a private fenced in area off the second bedroom that was really nice. we made use of the grill for the 4th of July. The AC in the house did quit working during our stay but the owners were super responsive and had it fixed within hours. The check in process was super easy. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful beach trip!

Samatha was great to work with. She was concerned about us being well cared for during our stay. IR was a great beach and area restaurants were wonderful. Can easily walk to the beach and only a short drive to a major grocery store.

Lovely cozy and comfortable place offering great entertainment options at the house and for the beach! Quiet family friendly location with beach entrance down the street and plenty of dining and grocery options near by. The host Sabrina is most helpful and a delight.

Love this Place!

This place was perfect for us. It is so close to the beach. Maybe 3 minute walk. Restaurants within walking distance. Such a laid back quite peaceful beautiful place. We will definitely be returning. Sabrina was the best host I’ve came across in many years.

A wonderful Beach getaway

Loved staying in this cute cottage for a few days! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and ice cream! It is away from the tourist craziness but only a short drive to get to Clearwater Pier 60 if you want to be in the middle of the action. House is clean and has everything you need for the beach. The owner was very helpful and available if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Mermaids Cove at Indian Rocks Beach

The location was easy to find, and was within a short walking distance to the beach and the shops up the street. The house itself was clean and comfy. We also liked the turf that was outside in the courtyard area, so that we could walk outside barefoot and relax on the patio furniture. The host contacted us before and after our arrival to see if we had any questions or requests, and we really appreciated that. Besides going to the beach, there were plenty of restaurants and side trips that nearby to visit. We will definitely visit again!

Relaxing

This property had all the essentials. Easy access to the beach which was beautiful (fine white sand). Anything that we required was immediately handled by the property owners. And much was available within walking distance: a produce store, restaurants, massage therapy, a nail salon and much more.
