We were in Clearwater for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and we wanted to stay somewhere a little more *elevated* than just a hotel room - and that’s exactly what we got here. The condo itself was beautiful and included everything we needed and more. When we ran into an issue with the thermostat, the host was easy to get ahold of and found us a solution quickly. We did not check out the on-site gym, however we did use the pool quite a few times, which was beautiful and clean as well. We will be coming back for sure.

Nice apartment/excellent location

Apartment is lovely, it had everything we needed.Location is great, everything is within a few miles.As with most apartments we have stayed in, sofa beds are not always comfortable when used as a sofa.

Cute, clean and cozy one bedroom!

This one bedroom condo has everything you need! Laundry, the two large TVs, and the comfortable king bed were among the highlights.Dana‘s instructions, codes and etc. for the property were so thorough and extremely helpful! We lucked out with weather and enjoyed a full pool day while staying here. Everyone was so friendly! The condo was bright, fresh, and extremely clean. Love the shower!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Very comfortable. It has everything you need for a lovely vacation.Having a second floor balcony is perfect.The large pool is wonderful and warm.

Perfect Stay

The spacious condo is very well equipped, modern, in a great location, parking close by and perfect for our stay. The complex was well maintained, the pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers and chairs. A small gym, clean and more than adequate for our stay. The host Doru contacted us on arrival to check all ok, which was a nice touch. Excellent communication especially during hurricane Milton, Doru always happy to help. Thank you Doru & Alina, you are great hosts. The condo is ideally located close to Publix, Big Lots, Abes Grill and 10mins drive to Clearwater beach. Despite the closure of amenities due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, the condo was excellent, a delight to stay there. We definitely like to return!!

Clearwater heaven for two adults

What an amazing condo with everything you could require for a stay in beautiful Clearwater, Fl. The condo is in an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a Publix across the road and Abe's Bar and Grill on the corner. The beach is appox. 4 miles away and can be reached by car in under 10 minutes. The condo itself is clean and modern with plenty of kitchen utensils and a large washer and drier. It looks exactly as the pictures show. The pool area is clean, tidy and secure with plenty of loungers and chairs. The host was excellent with great communication from beginning to end, nothing seemed too much trouble. Don't hesitate to book.

Das Appartment entspricht in allen Punkten der Anzeige, ja es ist letztlich schöner, als es die Bilder darstellen können. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super sauber. Diese Ferienunterkunft lässt keine Wünsche mehr übrig. Wenn man mal nicht in ein paar Autominuten zum Strand fahren möchte, kann man den großen Pool nutzen. Liegen stehen ausreichend bereit und ein schattiges Plätzchen ist leicht zu finden. Einkaufen kam man direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit Doru und Alina war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. 😀 , kann man den wunderbaren Pool nutzen

Relaxing Vacation Rental - June 2024

We have never experienced such wonderful communication as we received with Doru & Alina! They were quick to respond to questions and took the time to reach out and make sure our stay was what we expected. The condo was extremely clean and was as advertised in the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience of close parking. We would definitely stay in this unit again. I would give the experience higher than 10/10!!!

Excellent hosts & condo!

These hosts were the best communicators ever, and we've rented a lot of properties over the past 20 years. Doru & Alina respond very quickly to messages and questions. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated and worked perfectly for us. The pool is heated and there's a workout room. The apartment and property are as advertised on vrbo. We used Uber to get around and it worked great - Sand Key Beach or Clearwater Beach are a 10-15 min drive away. (Sand Key Beach is quieter during spring break; Clearwater Beach is very busy.) There's a Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery store, and several restaurants within very close walking distance. These owners obviously care about providing great customer service to their guests, and we would absolutely rent from them again. Cheers and thanks, Alina & Doru! :-)
