The condo was clean and as pictured. It was modern and comfortable and there was enough room for our family of four with two teenagers (although there is only one bathroom). It’s in a great location with a one minute walk to the beach with everything in walking distance.

Great condo and location

Condo was clean, location great. Appreciated having the hose to get the sand off and the chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra. The pool was a big reason we rented here so it was a huge disappointment that it was closed. The front door lock stopped working the last night so we had to sleep with the door open because the lock was stuck out. There was a broken shelf on door in refrigerator. Not a big deal but it was like that when we entered. 2nd big disappointment was the bedding for the pull out couch which was in the closet smelled so strongly of urine when we opened the bag it was stored in. We pulled out pillows and blanket and the urine smell was so strong we couldn’t use them. I would rent here again if I knew these issues wouldn’t happen again. We really did enjoy the location.

Nice place but parking was an issue.

We love the location and the room this time was excellent. The pool was nice and the beach is just a short walk away. We had 2 cars and had to pay 100 for one vehicle a block anway and the other car we received a free parking pass but it was not left in the room when we got there. I called and spoke with someone m, they said that they would take care of it, but I never received a call back. I called them an hour later and they said the housekeeper should have sent it over and they would call again to make sure it was taken care of. It took almost 2 hours before we could park the other car.

Girls Trip

Great location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, CVS and other shops. We didn't use the pool but there were umbrellas and beach chairs that you could take with you to the beach that we used. Rental was clean. Had 2 bedrooms (one with large bed and other with 2 twins) and a pull out couch (full size). Kitchen had many kitchen supplies if you would like to cook (we didn't). Overall, great trip!!

Wonderful experience. Close to all hot spots. The pool was clean and usually empty. Great for families, we brought our 2 year old and the gated pool and all areas were safe and perfect for her. Will be staying here again

Great place!!

This is a beautiful place right by the water and Frenchy’s Rockaway. Walking distance to all the Clearwater shops and bars. Clean inside and well kept up. Office staff is very responsive and friendly if you need to text their automated number they get right back to you. I’d definitely stay here again! **make sure you read the email about parking they don’t send it to you until the day before. Don’t park in the public spots across the lane.

Good beach vibes

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of five. The pool was an added bonus. The closeness of the beach was perfect. Some personal items were left and Allison from the reality office made it really simple to get the items back. Thank you so much for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Clearwater Beach Resorts

Wonderful apartment with easy walking distance to the beautiful beach. The included washer and dryer are very helpful when at the beach since we needed to wash towels more often than usual. We arrived after hours and the code to open the apartment door did not work. After contacting the emergency number, they were able to reset the code remotely. Overall, a great stay and walking distance to everything in town.

Walking distance to everything!

I visited this same line of suites back in 2018. I loved it so much I wanted to bring my fiancé and our two kids this spring. One had never seen the beach so this was the perfect location since it’s sooo close! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pier, and of course the beach! Clean room and clean pool! Ran into a problem initially with the key pad but that was resolved quickly with one phone call and two follow up texts ensuring it was working fine. Great staff! Clearwater Beach Suites is a must stay for any stage of life!

Perfect Location...But Beware

First off, the location was GREAT. The beach is so close, as are plenty of shops and restaurants. We barely moved our rental car after driving over from the airport. The courtyard was wonderful for multiple reasons--(1) seclusion and privacy while being in the sun in comfy chair, and (2) a HEATED pool that my kids loved. Downsides -- our toilet would not flush upon our arrival, which with 2 adults and 3 kids made life "interesting" for the first day. We arrived on Saturday night when we got in late. I called and texted first thing the following morning and didn't get a prompt response. After my second call, Belloise said they were "working on seeing if we can get a plumber over there." I get it; Sunday is on the weekend . . . but that is exactly when you should expect to have your unit occupied. Mid-morning on Sunday they gave us access to the neighboring unit that thankfully happened to be vacant. Not ideal, and it didn't make up for the unflushed toilet in our own unit's bathroom. Never offered a refund. I also didn't appreciate how push Belloise was overall. At the time of reservation, they were very clear that NO refunds would be offered. So I paid extra for trip insurance one month out. Then, once I was already locked in and over a barrel, they sprung their "Terms & Conditions" on me. As a lawyer, I know much of their contract of adhesion wouldn't be enforceable anyways . . . but making me agree that I would indemnify Belloise for anything that went wrong during the visit (including their own negligence??!!) -- come on. Also, they required me to upload a copy of my driver's license before they would send me the door code to get in, despite the fact that (A) their privacy policy was completely inaccessible on their website, and (B) they still haven't responded to my multiple emails asking for a copy of that policy and for assurance that my PII was being securely held and would be permanently deleted after my stay. In this age of identity theft, you can't be too careful, but Belloise was completely non-responsive to my concerns. I'm not going to let this drop, but wanted to leave the words of warning here. Cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was fine, but not great (it's the beach and there's sand -- I get it). A rug or mat at the front door would have been nice to help us wipe our own feet. I felt like I couldn't walk through the unit except with socks. Check-in/out was fine.

Great condo

The condo was located around the corner from the beach. The location was great! There were many restaurants close to the condo. Pier 60 was within walking distance. The condo was decorated nice and had a full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Seriously just steps from the beach and the room was perfect!!! Cute beach decor and super comfortable. Perfect location to get a nice daily walk in down the main strip with all the little shops ☺️

The 3 a.m. party downstairs wrecked my vacation

The place was full of people partying at the pool very loud at night and then it moved into room under us. My son got no sleep and was physically ill from it. We called police twice and had no number to reach management. My son had to go home and recover. I had no visit w him. I want my money back.
