Simple cozy vibe. Less than a block to the sand. Nice beach supplies including umbrella. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to stores and fun. Responsive management to (minor) issues that arose.

Simple walk to the beach just a few houses from the water ,very nice property and location. In October parking was fine however, in the busy seasoning parking would be a nightmare as you park on the street and it’s public parking.

My husband and I booked a week starting 8/22/25. The cottage was clean and the location is great. Monday morning we get a knock on the door shortly before 9am stating they were “tearing up the bathroom floor above us and it would be loud”. After 2 mornings of this I messaged the owner and asked if it could wait until we left. I also let them know that the beach umbrella and chairs were broken/ in poor shape. The owner did drop off a new umbrella and two chairs. The workers came anyway, but it wasn’t loud. These are not things you want to deal with when trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. This is definitely a “ no frills” place.

Perfect beach cottage

The cottage was perfect just as stated in the description. Clean and close to beach, beach wasn’t crowded as other areas of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Great location

The property is just as it’s described. It’s in a great location and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, trolleys, etc. The unit had everything we needed and was clean & cozy. The unit is just a couple houses down from the beach. You can see the distance below in the photo. Also the beach is much less crowded than down by the pier. We’d definitely stay again!

My wife and I love the "cottage" feel of this property. This is our fifth stay in the same location over 20 years. After a while, we get tire of just another hotel/condo room. This property offers personality, rather than a sterile efficiency experience.

Great home and location!

This home is just as advertised! Steps from the beach. Beach isn’t crowded. And everything to do is with a 15-20 minute walk. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We will be back!

Great Place

Very lovely vacation rental. Very clean and wonderfully appointed. Very short walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. This was our first time renting through vrbo and it far exceeded our expectations. The registration process was very straightforward and communications between the owners and us were very easy. We had a couple requests after we booked the place and the owners were very accommodating. New beach chairs, towels, a boogie board, and beach umbrella were provided in the cottage for our use. There is a coin operated laundry room next to the little outdoor grilling/sitting area available for use, but we were only there for seven nights so we had no need to do laundry. 24 Cambria was the perfect size for the two of us. We strongly recommend this place and will definitely book it again next year for a longer period of time. Thank you.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The cottage was clean and as described. If I had to add anything, I might suggest a keurig but the coffee pot worked just fine. Had a great time and would recommend!

Great getaway

Greatest little getway. Not next to road so we had very little noise, and allot of privacy. We found a shuttle service from St Pete/Clearwater airport called Grouper (just 8 per person from airport to our door. Then we never left the island.

Great stay!

The location was great, and it was easy to check in and out. The place was clean, and it had all the good amenities. The bed was a little firm, and I wish I would have asked beforehand about how to do laundry, but those are my only nitpicks. Overall, it was great, 5-star stay!

Cozy, comfortable, excellent location!

This cottage was everything my partner and I needed. Steps from the sand, close enough to easily walk to all the hustle and bustle, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet when “home”. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and stocked with all of the basic necessities and then some. Information for check in, property expectations, and check out were very clear and communicated efficiently. Would stay here again.

SHORT RETREAT

Everything was so nice. We were very comfortable, bed was great. It was nice to have a little kitchen and living room to relax after the beach. The area is quiter than the hussle and bustle which we thoroughly enjoyed, but easily walkable. Thank you Mike for everything.
