The property is a cute little cottage, right next to the beach. The owners provide chairs, an umbrella, and a cart for easy transportation. Also, the owners were easy to contact, and very helpful.

Location is accurate, steps from the beach (fyi, the beach is not viewable from the unit.) It is small, one bath. Unfortunately we found the unit surface cleaned. A suggestion is Housekeeping should focus on deep cleaning; guests are paying a fee. We couldn’t clean it because there was nothing to clean with, ie: Clorox. The unit is bare bones, not even a salt & pepper shaker. The king mattress is hard, the towels were thin and torn. TP is thin; you will run out so bring your own. They supply beach towels though! There were suggestions made to the host that would make the unit a better stay, for example add a topper to the matress for comfort, new towels , fix the blinds, although I was hoping to discuss with the host, they didn’t reply. A positive is you’re very close to the sand, so your opinion depends on your standards. Expecting a clean unit is not a high standard; it’s the norm, especially since the pandemic. We are sorry to post this and would have preferred not to, but we are just being honest in our review.

Family Vacation

Loved being so close to the water. Had beach supplies and towels which was very helpful. Easy access to the main strip. The house was perfect for 5 people! Would stay again!

Highly Recommend!!

This is hands down one of our favorite properties we have ever stayed in. The price for how close you are to the beach and all that Clearwater has to offer is a bargain. We will miss this place and are already talking about staying again next year. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his son and just such nice gentleman. Also we have to give a shout out to the property management team that made check in and check out so easy and made communication a breeze. AC, bed, shower, etc were all working great and comfortably. Also, having beach items available for use was so helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

This property was very clean upon arrival. The location is perfect, as you are steps away from the beach. Many restaurants, shops and Pier 60 are within walking distance. The property managers were quick to respond. There were 3 of us and the space was perfect, with plenty of room. We loved our stay here!

Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Beach Cottage 13! It took about 2 minutes to walk from the front door to our spot on the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs, towels, and small ice chest that were provided for us (we even left our umbrella for the next guests to use). The cottage is just minutes away from restaurants and shops; easily walkable, although we made use of our rental car and drove everywhere.
