Dolphins pass by daily, and the water views stretch endlessly. Your perfect slice of Indian Shores paradise, voted one of the Best Beaches in Florida!

    Steps away you have pelicans diving for lunch in the Gulf water while you enjoy the clean white powder sand beach or take a dip in the heated pool.

    Conveniently located less than 10 miles south of Clearwater, and minutes from the many attractions Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer.

    Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Pass, Caladesi Island, golf, miniature golf, boating, fishing, sea sports, and many shops and restaurants and bars to choose from.

Loved the condo, the view and the complex. You could really tell Andrea cares about her guests. She answered texts quickly every time I contacted her. The pics don't do this place justice, it was perfect. Every room spotless, linens and dishes all clean. She had plenty of tissues, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaners to use. Balcony was nice and big and had a drying tree/rack for swimsuits and towels which we used everyday. Since we flew in, it was really convenient that Andrea had beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts and beach towels. As far as the complex, it was nice and quiet. Pool area was clean and a perfect way to cool off after the beach. Everyone we spoke with at the pool commented how much they liked the complex. Many were repeat customers. Thank you Andrea for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

The view was amazing. Unit was all we expected. The elevator and pool bathrooms all working again. Used the grill by pool. No washer/dryer n this unit but easy to use washer/dryer available on first floor. Loved our stay!

Fantastic host! Our first time doing a vacation rental, and did not know what to expect. Brought some cleaning items just in case. I will say it was extremely clean, you could not find a spec of dust if you tried! Was equipped with everything you would need. Great view as well. Would stay again!

Great room

Even though we did not have a working elevator during our stay, the room and location made for a wonderful getaway. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was good too.

From the time we walked into the condo we thought we were lucky to have such a great place to stay. The view of the beach was magnificent! Everything we needed was available in the condo. All in all we will return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo!

Wonderful Place & Owners

This place had everything we needed, and more. The owners were very helpful and kept in touch regarding the incoming hurricane and after the storm passed. We had no issues during our stay, it was a nice relaxing week. The condo was completely updated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable (even the sheets were amazing). Would definitely rent from the owner again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Nicely decorated, great view, well-stocked condo, wonderful owner!

First of all, the place was immaculately clean on arrival, and tastefully decorated; it was exactly as described online. But more than that, it was well-equipped with any utensil or supplies you might need for your stay. And the owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful as we needed to slightly adjust the dates of our stay to work around a relative's chemo schedule. We have stayed in this condo complex before, but this particular unit was just head and shoulders above the others. We would definitely stay there again. Terrifically responsive owner. Thanks!

Delightful

Fabulous condo with breathtaking view of the gulf . Everything was clean and in working order . The condo was modern and tastefully decorated . The bed, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need . The pool was inviting and a lovely walk along the beach is just steps away ! Loved it . We hope to be back again sometime for a future vacation . Wonderful experience

We have stayed at the Chateaux many times, but this was by far one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in. Can’t say enough good things about this unit as it contained almost everything you could need. We had a little trouble with check in instructions but I’m pretty sure that was an issue with VRBO. Anton was very responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend for a great vacation!

Chateaux #308 Condo Indian Shores FL

This is a great condo. Fully stocked and tastefully decorated. The owners have made sure you will have everything you might need for a fabulous stay; and are quick to respond to any questions. We also really like the size of the property- for us it is just right. Not one of those super large complexes. We have met so many nice people here. This is our second vacation in this condo and we are already looking forward to when we can come again!

We have been to this property couple of times. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any issues. It’s always clean and in order upon arrival. Location, location, location! This condo is right on the beach and in perfect spot for access to anything. Unfortunately, this time around hurricane Idalia cut our stay waaay short. Rest assured, we will definitely be back next year! I highly recommend this place and it’s owners.
