Minimalist Stay

The location as it pertains to walking to the beach is fantastic. It met our needs for the purpose of the trip Things to consider: It’s across the street from a popular pickle ball court’ POP POP POP POP. People play early in the summer. Laundry: Coin operated laundry. I don’t know the last time I held a coin. This is far from ideal for a beach vacation in humid Florida where stepping outside in the summer soaks your clothes in sweat and nothing ever dries

Great place to stay! Host was great!

Took my little ones to the beach for the first time and it was great!! You literally walk two seconds and there of the beach!! The host has all the amenities for the beach…even a cooler and stroller!! Washing machines was very nosy efficient. If you want to come to the beach, without any problem or noise this is it!

Amazing gateway!

Great location but….

Close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. It’s tough to get out of the driveway whenever an event is going on. Owner was notified the cleanliness of the unit was not good as the floors were filthy and many utensils were dirty. Bathroom window is clear so showering was uncomfortable. Owner never responded to my comment about the cleanliness issue so I felt compelled to share on a review.

Ladies retreat

We had 6 ladies in total stay for a retreat weekend and were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this space. The beach was a short walk away and we were provided everything we could need during our stay. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to others!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. They had everything we needed for an awesome day at the beach and for play at the park. There was a great pizza place right across the alley in the back yard and coffee and ice cream just two blocks away. The kids had a great time exploring at the beach and it felt like coming home at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was there and it was close to many of the places we wanted to go. Beds were comfy and the beach was gorgeous!! Do your grocery shopping before going onto the island, the grocery down the street was 4x what we paid for the same items at Publix, cost us $45 just for breakfast items.

Everything we hoped for

This property did not disappoint! With two young children, it was wonderful to have a playground across the street in addition to the beach only one block away! Such a cozy place with a quiet street but still close to everything we wanted to do!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our experience. The place was super clean and comfortable. Parking was ample and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to great restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Beach was super close, too. The deck was nice and spacious. We never used the laundry room but took a peak and it was well stocked with beach toys and rafts. If you choose this location be sure to bring a USB adapter because unlike hotels there are none. The check in process was easy and my family had a great time. Thank you!

Ideal Location & Stay for Families

We stayed in the back apartment (left driveway), and loved it. Vadim has done a great job setting the place up. It's clean, well appointed, and designed for long beach days (hosing off sandy feet, doing wet/laundry, etc.). Location is epic: 16th Street entry to Indian Rocks Beach is a stone's throw away, totally walkable, and right next to Guppy's (get the fish tacos for lunch). If you have small kids, like we do, the park across the street is handy, CVS is right down the street (perfect for re-stock of sunscreen & bandaids). And be sure to get some ice cream at the Kooky Co-Conut, further up the road. The drive to Clearwater is short & easy, which was great for us. Our kids attended day camp at the aquarium every morning. So we were really thrilled w/the location. Thanks again Vadim! We plan to return in 2020!

Better than home

This was a lovely rental, nicely decorated and very spacious. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels for the beach. Only one short block, 3 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided. The owner, Vadim, checked in with us to verify everything was ok shortly after our arrival. We liked it so much we have booked it for next year.

This is a wonderful property.

Owners have gone the extra mile to make this a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. We had difficulty with the wifi the day we arrived and our last two days. Not sure if it was weather related. Beach access is perfect...so close. Our adult family of 4 had all the room we needed to spread out or come close whenever we wanted. One bathroom was sometimes an issue but that was no surprise. It was a wonderful week!!!!

Charming , private

Tucked away. Would be great for a family with the nearby park, tennis courts , bball and playground. We found it had everything we needed. Very adequate covered parking. One block off a great stretch of gulf blvd right across from IRB municipal beach and not as congested as other spots. Only accessible by stairs so keep that in mind😉
