The property was as described. What stood out more than anything was the location! It is close to restaurants, within 10 minutes of a beautiful beach, and the location always felt safe both day and night. Across the street people are playing pickle ball almost all day long. Very active community! I would highly recommend this property!

Second time, would stay again

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s in a great location and comes with everything you need for the beach. Only a 3 min. walk to the ocean and it’s fun watching the activities at the park across the street.

Great location and very clean

This house was a perfect location for our quick beach trip. Short walk to the beach, several restaurants, small markets and bars. The trolley was super easy to use to get everywhere we needed. The house is well represented on the site - clean, spacious. It is just one bathroom - I’d suggest adding a mirror in the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed this house and location.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this rental. We were very familiar with the area, so knew this would be a great location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, ice-cream, shops, etc. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The availability of a wagon and beach gear was definitely a plus. The pickleball and softball across the street provided some entertainment while relaxing on the large patio. There was never a point that it was loud or annoying. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn't use the washer/dryer that is on the ground floor, so can't speak to that. The owner Vadim was very responsive and helpful. The check-in/out process was seamless and loved not having to carry a key around due to the electronic door locks. Overall, definitely would stay again.

Wonderful, spacious and relaxing!

The property was roomy and cozy. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the pickleball across the street. It was great to have beach accessories available downstairs; the only problem was that most of the umbrellas were broken. We found one that was good but not a base that matched it. All else was excellent!

Excellent

Vadim's duplex is wonderful for a small family. Great location 2 block from the beach, across the street from a city park with pickle ball, softball and a playground. Walkable to several really outstanding restaurants yet quiet enough to be away from the noise. The property itself was spotless and included everything we needed for a long weekend away. We will be back and I've already recommended it to friends and family.

Beautiful and super close to the beach

Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities and walking distance to the beach. We loved having the beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys) available to use too.

Perfect get away!

This place was just what I needed. Very nice would highly recommend. Not for someone who has problems with stairs as it is upstairs. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back in March for another visit.

Great location!

This property is everything we needed - great location, clean, great amenities. We loved having access to beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrellas) and the beach is a very short walk away. Check-in/out was super easy. We loved the pickleball courts right across the street. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean, great location but....

The property is really cute and the street is very nice. There were many plusses, but the fact that i was woken up Sunday and there was clearly some kind of animal in the wall ór a bird with very loud pecking keeping me awake and very uncomfortable in the space was a deal breaker. Vadim was to come and check it out and we waited for a while but didn't want to wait any more. He never offered a solution or compensation for being kept awake. That was disappointedly why i would not stay here again. Hopefully the house is not compromised too much from whatever was in the wall. It was no one's fault this happened, but the way it was dealt with was disappointing.

Great Location

This is our first time visiting IRB. The property is close to just about everything -- beach, restaurants, playground. Publix is a short drive over the bridge. I like that the town is not crowded with visitors but still close enough to Clearwater and St Pete Beaches if you are looking for more things to do. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.
