We had a wonderful stay! Townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location with walking paths right outside the door and a very short drive to the beach! Host very responsive with any questions we had. Pool very close and was a great hit with the kids. We would love to stay again!

Overall this is a fabulous place, very accurate to the listing. The location is perfect 20-30 from Clearwater, St Pete, and all the beaches in that area. The pool was nice and refreshing. The complex was beautiful. Only a few issues on the property and they were immediately remedied by the host. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay although there were some odd things about it. It was odd that they required a backround check for our stay. I payed for private company to run a backround check. I had to buy garbage bags. We also had to drive 20min away to get a parking pass for our stay. It was not close to the rental. I found these to be inconvenient since our stay was 5 days we are a family of 6. The place was clean and had great amenities, perfect location, and decently priced. Even with its inconveniences we had a nice vacation.

We stayed here recently for a family vacation and had a blast! The townhome is very clean and has everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful St. Petersburg Florida

Property was exactly as described and depicted in the photographs. The property and surrounding area was immaculate. My wife and I could not been more pleased. The property owner was an excellent host and was most responsive.

Wonderful property!

We stayed for 12 days, and the townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. There are 3 bedrooms, as well as an office that has a daybed with a pull out trundle. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We spent several evenings playing cards around the good sized dining table. The oversized outdoor patio was nice to have as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. The location is perfect-would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Great for walking and close to Fort DeSoto Park and to St. Pete Beach. The landlord was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We have already booked for next year. Cant wait!!!

Had a good time at Mirada vacation house

We rented this house for our family vacation - it wonderful! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication was great - check in and check out were both easy. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Review of stay

Property was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool being so close and clean. Seating inside and out was adequate, and we used both. The trim on the stairs is awkward for walking barefoot.... There were no hangars for clothes in any of the closets, and we were there for a wedding so had dresses, suits, etc that needed to be hung. I had to go out and buy hangars. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again and refer friends. Thanks to the host for being easily reached and quick responses.

Beautiful stay at Vista Verde 4 bedroom townhouse

This property was perfect for our family. It was my wife and I, and my daughter and her husband and our 11 month old granddaughter. The condo was spotless and looked brand new. We were all very comfortable, and our host Rekha, made everything simple and easy. We will be staying again next year. Thank you Rekha !!
