We loved this condo so much that we just enjoyed our second stay here. The owner made several upgrades since our last visit two years ago including new living area furniture. The unit is very well stocked which we appreciate! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, kitchen items, etc. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

We loved absolutely everything about this condo and the location. The condo was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay with our kids. We had everything we needed for beach days and easy direct access to the beach and pool. The views on the balcony, especially those sunsets, were unbelievable. Everything was easily accessible with so much to do in walking distance or short driving distance. Host was easy to work with and very responsive both before and throughout our stay. We hope to stay here again someday!

This condo is fantastic and its more than just the views of the Gulf and wave sounds. Very nice and very, very clean. Decor was updated and fresh with new furniture, great appliances, cookware, lanai chairs and dining area. This was a perfect set up for our multigenerational family. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach from the lanai where we could keep track of the family easily. The powdered sugar sand beach is super walkable with gentle waves. The pool had easy access with lots of loungers available. Everyone had their own bed with large walk-in closets with hangers! The linens were all very high quality. No threadbare towels like some places and great sheets! Plenty of high-quality beach towels and several beach chairs and beach toys. Host stocked condo with shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, shower soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of trash bags and cleaning products in the condo. Those items you hate to pack on a flight but always need right away. Hostess was extremely responsive to my inquiries and really wanted us to have a fantastic stay it felt like. This was the nicest unit I've stayed in the last couple years and we stay in several every year. Definitely worthy of a return visit when in that area. Thanks to Janet for putting in the extra effort to make this condo wonderful and our stay so great!

Amazing Stay @ Seagate

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf! We have been vacationing at Seagate for quite a few years and this condo is one of the nicest; incredibly clean, beautiful decor, lots of amenities for the beach and very helpful and responsive owner!

Perfect beach condo

We loved this unit! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (12, 14, and 16) and everyone had enough space and bed to sleep in. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were great. There were a few beach chairs and games too. We would absolutely stay here again. The beach wasn't crowded and the sunsets were breathtaking. The host was also very considerate and even checked on us via text during a bad storm.

Perfect getaway property in prime location

We were a family of four (10 year old and 6 year old) + one set of grandparents. As many others have stated, the property was very clean. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids. The view from the balcony is great and there’s a few restaurants, ice cream and even putt putt within walking distance. The SCBC beach trolley, which will get you south as far as St Pete and north as far as Clearwater Beach has a stop right across the road. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and perfect location for us.

Truly a 5 Star Condo!

We had a wonderful week at this condo! Over the past several years, we have rented many different VRBO properties for vacations. This condo was better stocked than most with little extras including garbage bags, dishwasher/washer detergent, hand soap, etc. Usually, we have to buy all of these things. What you see in the photos and description is an excellent representation of the rental. My kids loved the bunk bed which is very similar to what they have at home. My 9 year old didn't want to leave! We hope to stay here again someday. Thanks to the owners for sharing their condo with our family!

2024 Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was as described in the listing! It was clean and very comfortable. We lucked out on the weather and avoided most of the rain that was predicted! The beach is our favorite place and it was gorgeous…sunsets were breathtaking! It also had beach toys, towels and chairs!!! Thank you, Janet!

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our time at this oceanfront condo! The kids had a blast at the beach and pool, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants. The condo was very comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Janet was fantastic to work with!

Great condo!

This condo is exactly as shown. Most importantly, it was very clean! Condo was well stocked and the extras made the stay that much better. The King bed is incredibly comfortable - best bed I've ever slept in. Being right on the beach is wonderful. Much appreciated that Janet checked in to make sure all was well and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. I definitely give this a 5 star rating because everything was as described, clean, and comfortable! Don't pass this one up - it's worth the price.

Great place to stay!

This property was clean & well kept. We had plenty of room to sit & the kitchen was perfect. Our balcony overlooked the ocean. We watched dolphins morning & late afternoon. The kids loved the heated pool. We would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Florida Escape

This unit has great beachy feel. The decor is lovely. Great kitchen & very spacious living room. The sunset views from the balcony are just amazing! The owner's attention to detail is simply impeccable. We had a beautiful stay and we hope to return next year!!!!

Very scenic, great beachside vacation condo

Our family had a great beach vacation here. The host is very responsive and helpful. This condo has a great beachside setup. There are wonderful views from the balcony, all the more enjoyable from the high patio chairs, and very easy beach access. The beds are comfortable, and amenities are very good, with a well-stocked kitchen. The coffee shop across the road makes outstanding coffee and muffins. The Salt Rock Grill across the road is very nice. Other decent restaurants involve driving, they are more than walking distance. There used to be a nice pizza place listed across the road; we searched for a while for it, before realizing it had shut down, so be warned! There is one beach umbrella provided, so be prepared to bring your own shade or rent an umbrella on the beach if that’s your preference.

Our family had an exceptional time. The condo and area was extremely nice. We have stayed in Destin over the last decade but I think we found our "new" place. Let's keep it our little secret and don't tell too many people to get the area overcrowded.

Great location, great unit, helpful owner

The unit is in a great location, very clean, good space for a family of 6 and very friendly owner/manager. We had a lovely time. DO NOT rent a golf cart if you're staying at Sea Gate. They will not let you charge it. Lesson learned.

Great Beach Vacation
