This is a gem of a place! Very eclectic decoration along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near grocery stores.restaurants and bars, it is right in the middle of everything anyone would need.

This apartment was perfect for a trip for my daughter and me. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of linens and towels. Parking was convenient. Natalia and Yuri provided great communication before checking in and checking out, which made everything very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick stay in St. Pete

Very Charming! The property was just right for our needs. We were in town for a quick visit with family and the location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and cozy with super comfortable beds. Slept great! This was our first time using Vrbo and we were very satisfied!

Trendy boho apartment

This apartment was really cute and well decorated. It is about 10 minutes to the beach and it is 5 minutes from my favorite gluten free bakery so I book a unit from this building every year. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there are thoughtful updates throughout the home. The neighborhood is quiet and my stays there have always been peaceful.

St Pete Vacation

The property was advertised, clean and had all the necessary cookware in the kitchen for what we wanted to make. Location to St Pete Beach and multiple other places was great!

Stayed in area to look at properties to buy.

It was a good place to stay. Comfortable, clean very cute. When we couldn’t lock the door the owners got back with us right away. I would definitely stay again

Very cute!

The place was very nice. Well appointed with cute furniture and kitchen. Bed and pillows very comfortable. And a Publix next door so that’s very convenient. Hosts were very easy to work with.

Perfect Place to Stay

Exceptionally appointed with plush towels, linens, and high end finishes. So close to 3 different grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space, as well. Communication with the owners was perfect. On the bus line if you do not have a car. I would stay here again.

A beautiful, comfortable stay in St. Pete!

This property was perfect for my very quick, solo trip to St. Pete. Natalia and Yuri were extremely communicative and informative. The property was sparkling clean when I arrived and was just as pictured! The bed was comfy and amenities were great. I love that it was just a short ride to St. Pete beach on the free Sun Runner bus! The property is also very conveniently next to a Publix and Taco Bell. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed a week

The apartment was accurately described. Enjoyed our week-long stay. I had to contact the owner with a question and they replied very quickly. We didn’t have any issues. There is only one recommendation I would have and that is to have blinds or room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful residence

Property was exactly as described. The shower was the best feature! I love a hot shower and it did not disappoint. All the welcome treats were an awesome touch. The beds were unbelievable. Close to everything! The living room area was a bit uncomfortable just because we like to watch movies as a family and made it a little difficult to get comfortable. Overall great experience. I would definitely stay again.

Great vibe. Perfect location.

what a reward after an 11-hour drive. The place was o cute. And comfy. We were in for a family wedding, which ended up being just across the bridge on Saint Pete! What a treat. Next time, we will plan on stayinhg longer. Easy hop to downtown Saint Petersburg and Saint Pete Beach. We could not have asked for more. Thanks Natalie and Yuri.

Clean and comfortable

I’m so happy we chose this place for our visit to St. Petersburg. It’s close to the beach and a couple downtown areas so we were able to find great food and shopping. The property itself is close to a main road so it was a little noisy but I was able to sleep with the heavy curtains closed. The living room isn’t very practical; the furniture is small and uncomfortable. However, it’s comfortable where it counts: the beds! The mattresses are a great firmness and feel new. The hosts have provided multiple pillows as well. The bathroom and kitchen are huge and have everything you need. The washer and dryer work well, and the outside area is super cute. Parking is off street. You’re close to a nice Publix as well.

When we entered the apartment, it smelled wonderful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was impeccably clean as well. We were a party of 4 and there were enough towels, cups, plates, and eating utensils for everyone. Clothes detergent, body wash and dish washer pods were available.We stocked food and cooked at least 1 meal per day. Stove-top pots and pans are supplied. There is a smartTV in every room including the living room. We also took advantage of the grill! The beds were comfortable and extra sheets were available but they may not be for you if you have knee/leg/hip issues as they are only about 14-16 inches off the ground.It’s close to the beach, EV charging, a mall and other attractions.The hosts were prompt to respond whenever I reached out. I only had to do so once when someone was attempting to use a door code to enter our unit. Within less than 5 minutes I received a response that it was probably a new checkin-in confused on which unit was theirs and that they would contact them.The only suggestion I would have is the addition of a non-slip mat for the bathtub. The surface is slick and everyone had a “close call” in it almost falling.I would recommend this host and apartment to everyone!
