Amazing Spot!

The location is fantastic! The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Steps to the beach, beautiful sunsets from the deck and close to restaurants and entertainment! Liana was great to work with!

Awesome stay

Loved everything about this place. Steps were a bit of a challenge for loading and unloading. Everything squeaky clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated/updated. Liana was instantly available and responsive. Steps to the beach, sunsets and restaurants. What’s not to like!

Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Property was wellstocked with everything you needed to make meals. Plenty of beach items:chairs , towels, umbrellas, etc. We stayed for a month so more cleaning supplies would have been nice. Floors could have been cleaner. All in all we had a nice time.

Wonderful choice!

This place is great! Host is super friendly and communicated helpful tips throughout our stay. Very clean, generously stocked with supplies for home and beach. Location A++++, not having to cross a street to get to the beautiful beach is an amazing amenity. Needless to say, Indian Rocks beach was heaven!

Great place to stay

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay here. The place had everything we needed and you could see the ocean from the living room. The host were lovely and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Great family spot steps from the beach

Our family had a great time at Indian rock speech. With a five-year-old and a two-year-old, it was really important that we were as close to the beach as possible and this did not disappoint. We got to be on the beach at all hours of the day and saw some amazing sunsets! The property Was very clean and well equipped for young children, which made things convenient and easy for us. I also appreciated being across the street from a spot that had good food, as we ventured there twice during our stay. I was also very impressed with Leanna‘s communication , as whenever I had a question she responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this if you are wanting to head to the area, which was also very close to Clearwater and gave us some other things to do.

Wonderful Spot !

We just spent February at Liana's Condo on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. It was just perfect. I would say five stars plus. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean and bright it is. When they said 100 steps from the beach, that was no exaggeration. It was a small complex with maybe 8 units. Her unit is up just one flight of stairs. They have set it up perfectly, the kitchen seemed brand new with everything we needed to cook there. Liana quickly responded to my few questions and the month could not have gone better. We were familiar with the beach which is clean and beautiful. This condo is in a perfect spot as far as offering a quick walk to a handful of great restaurants. We will definitely book with Liana again if we plan another IRB vacation.

Fantastic Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close to great restaurants and beach is a 100 yards away. Condo was extremely clean, updated and was well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were very helpful and communication was amazing with them. We will stay here again.

Best family vacation ever!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Indian Rock Beach! The very best part was our accommodations and proximity to the beach! As advertised 100 steps from door to sand!! The condo had enough space for us to relax, make meals together and play games. We will definitely rent this property again!!!

Listing totally lived up to our expectations from property listing and photos. Liana was available to communicate with throughout the week and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around the area. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for ourselves and our two young children. It’s such a great location and is truly only 100 steps from one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Florida Vacation

We enjoyed this location as it is more like a neighborhood than a tourist area. The property is very clean with a great layout. There are views of the gulf in certain spots. This unit is very well equipped for dining and food preparation and the washer and dryer is also appreciated. Of course the main feature is that the beach is only a very short walk away- like being in your back yard. Truly five star.

It was a nice place to stay, a quiet area. So close to the beach! It was so easy to take your things to. The beach and run back to the rooms if you needed something. You can’t see the beach from the balcony. The chairs and cooler provided were a great addition. Good communication with owners Loved the place

Property was beautiful and looked newly remodeled. Kitchen had everythung you needed. The owner's communication was above and beyond. The only thing I wished was that there was a TV in the bedrooms especially with kids.

July 4th Week at the Beach

My brother and his family have a condo right next door to the Sunraker. So this was the perfect place for my family to stay for the week. It was neat, clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities and furnishings we needed. The hosts were very hospitable and made us feel welcome. They even checked in with us a few times during the week to see if there was anything we needed. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a week at Indian Rocks Beach!

Liana’s Condo at Indian Rocks Beach

My wife and I loved staying at Liana’s condo. It was beautiful. The reclining leather sofas were a pleasure to rest in. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep every night. The condo was literally 100 steps to the beach which was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances stove microwave and modern refrigerator. The HVAC system kept us very comfortable. The best part of our stay was dining on the deck! We had our breakfast and coffee on the deck every day and cocktails every evening to watch the sunset. The condo was close to several restaurants which we enjoyed each evening. We had an amazing experience and will certainly be back to visit as soon as we can.

Perfect family vacation
