  • Este espacioso apartamento limpio ofrece una vista impagable del Golfo de México desde todas las habitaciones. El dormitorio de gran tamaño ofrece dos camas de tamaño completo, walk-in closet y baño completo con bañera y ducha. El salón ofrece un sofá de cuero grande y sofá de dos plazas, TV por cable y balcón con una vista del Golfo. También hay un medio baño extra con cuarto de lavado en el vestíbulo de entrada.

We had a great time at Johns Condo. Everything was neat and clean and it was supplied with everything you need. The location is excellent. right across the street from the beach and about a 15 minute walk to Johns Pass where there are many shops and restaurants. John is also a wonderful host and communication could not have been better. Thanks John

Summer Fun

We had a great time visiting Madeira Beach. Our unit was spacious and very clean. It is a home away from home and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. My hubby loved the recliner. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach is directly across the street and is easily accessible. The pool is large and very clean. The complex is very well maintained and is family oriented. You can rest and relax or explore. Activities and shopping are nearby. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the unit and his family. I look forward to staying here again.

Good location

Good location. Restaurants and a Publix and Winn Dixie close by. The property in general was nice with a lovely pool. Close to other areas of interest. The only drawback was that Gulf Boulevard is very busy and noisy.

Great place, great location

Stayed here for 1 month+. So nice to be right at the beach. Spent plenty of time in the pool as well. The owner (John) is accessible and friendly. Definitely open to staying here again.

GREAT CONDO & LOCATION!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. John the owner always responded immediately when we had questions. Stan the caretaker was very helpful as well. We were right across the street from the beach! We walked to most everywhere or took a cheap Uber ride. This is a great location and much cheaper than Clearwater Beach! The only negative for us was the floppy headboards on the beds (made it a little hard to getting down to business, but we made due). We would definately stay here again!!

Location location location

The view from condo was amazing. Great area to stay. Johns pass down a block and the beach across street. Lots of food and store steps away! John and Stan were great when we needed assistance. We hope to return soon! Thanks guys for helping us have a great vacay!

It was a good location for us. Condo was like the photos. except for a different couch and an updated master bathroom. TV in bedroom does not work. Owner and Stan were available. Thank you

3 month stay in Madeira Place

Condo could use some updating, but worked great for us. The bathroom was remodeled & was really nice. Big closet. Great location to the beach & just minutes from grocery stores & Walmart, CVS stores. Pool area was great, we enjoyed that. We had one of the few condos with an actual view of the gulf/beach. Had fun watching the Caddy's get finished & open up. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

Christmas stay

Had a cruise booked that did not go so booked this instead for a family Christmas. Very good, spacious unit very close to Beach. Could have been warmer but that is not owners fault. Will definitely consider again in the future.

Better than expected

The condo was very well maintained and convenient to everything including direct across the street from the beach. The handyman Stanley made the trip that much better. He was very accommodating and made certain we did not want for anything.

Perfect location! Convenient to everything you want to do!

Cozy place with easy and close beach access. We loved staying here. We cooked in most evenings, but stayed out all day with activities. You can't go wrong for couples or small family get together, this is the spot!

Everything was great. Location, pool, view, quality of condo and appliances and customer service. John, the owner, was easily accessible and the maintenance man, Richard, was super nice and helpful. Traveled alone with my teenage daughter and felt very secure and happy with our choice. Highly recommended. Have used VRBO for over ten years and this was one of the best experiences that we have had!

Great condo for the price

The view when you get of the ocean when you first walk in the front door was amazing. This condo was very clean on arrival. Had all the basic things you would need for a short vacation. Only thing that could have been different was there was a tv in the bedroom but there wasnt any type of cable hooked up to that tv. Other than that our stay was perfect. The pool area was a nice touch because a few days the red tide was bad so we just stayed at the pool.

Madeira Beach’s best kept secret!

My daughter (age 9) and I stayed here for 2 weeks in July and loved it. John and his family are the best and were so nice to daughter and I from the time we arrived. We couldn’t be more appreciative. The condo is clean and very comfortable and is stocked with plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc... The beach is directly across the street, a 3 minute walk. The pool is great after getting back from the beach. Sometimes we stayed at the pool all day. John’s Pass is less than a mile away, an easy walk if it’s not too hot. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer but we are already planning our trip here for next year. Thanks again for everything John, see you guys next summer!

Wonderful place to stay!

The view is amazing and the first thing you notice when you walk in because you can see it from the door. The place is very spacious and has everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation. The beach access is directly across the street and is one of the least crowded but most beautiful spots along the Madeira strip. We will be returning asap!

Great place to stay!

This property worked perfectly for our needs. There were just three of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was quite nice with all the comforts of home. From our balcony we could see the ocean which was a very easy walk across the street. And the beach there was perfect. The property also included a large, well kept pool which I only used once but was quite impressed at how well maintained it was. It also included laundry facilities which was a huge help. Cable TV and free wifi were also a nice convenience. This condo is situated in a quaint spot along Gulf Blvd and made it easy to eat and shop close by. I would definitely stay here again. It was a terrific value.

Very clean...a true home away from home experience

Owners were very pleasant to deal with. Upon arrival was pleasantly surprised, the unit was much nicer than we expected. .
