Came to the house from ny on spring break and loved it. Not even a 2 min walk from the beach and near a lot of restaurants that are very good. Super clean house that made us feel very comfortable. We are very happy with our choice to stay here and will hopefully be back in the future!

This place was very nice! We got to walk to the sunsets just minutes away. The place was very clean and quaint perfect for 4 people. Michael was very responsive quickly when we did need help with anything. I highly recommend his place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house is small and simple but perfect for a little getaway. Location was awesome, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants in the area as well.

5 min walk and you're on the beach. 16th Street has a beach entrance. In the laundry room they have a beach wagon, umbrella and a few chairs to borrow. The bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioner that are controlled independently. A lot of places to eat right off the main strip within walking distance.

We chose this place because we have a XL bully 100 pounds and another pit bull mixed so we wanted to be a little bit from all the hustle and lots of people.We aren't use to the process being so easy and everyone around loved the dogs and very respectful. We are not use to being treated this well when we are out places . It was very pet friendly and the host was the greatest person we e dealt with. If you wanna stay with dogs and be respected and relaxing stay. I would choose this spot before any. The only thing was the sewage smell. It was overwhelming at times but I don't think that's something that can be helped. It might be a city problem. Thank you mark it was amazing

Pretty place near the beach

This house was perfect for our beach vacation. It's just a short walk to the beach. The sunsets were spectacular!

Great beach stay

We had a great weekend beach stay here and loved that it was a very short walking distance to the beach as well as many restaurants. Relaxing and wonderful thank you!

Sweet little cottage

We have stayed here several times and love its location and how quaint it is. You have to use your imagination a little bit but everything you need is there!

Cute, clean house and very close walking distance to beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Host was great with communication. A last minute change in plans left us needing to find a place to stay on very short notice and I am pleased that we chose this property.

Great find

Beachy Paradise was a great find for our family. The location provides easy access to the beach and local dining. An added bonus is the friendliness and easy communication with the property manager.

What a great little gem! If you’re looking for a place as a couple or small family, I highly recommend! Great location in my favorite town IRB!Super comfy beds, updated bathroom with great waterfall shower head and everything basic that you need.Generously stocked with beach chairs, towels and a few extra amenities! Pickleball courts across the street along with a nice park.Very quiet and very safe!!All the local favorite places walkable! Beautiful beach 1 block away! Highly recommend - Mark was a great host!
