This was a perfect place for Spring Break. We loved being so close to the beach, while being in walking distance to restaraunts, ice cream, and everything needed for an IRB vaca.

Spacious rooms, clean, well stocked with extras like beach chairs, towels, kitchen items, etc. it’s one building away from the beach, an easy walk, and the beach is very nice. Parking is easy (ground level under the building). 30 steps to this second floor unit, which wasn’t a problem for us, just an fyi. We would stay here again! Thanks

Our stay was wonderful, specifically because of being steps away from the beach. Our condo did not face the beach, it was road view but still located within walking distance to/from beach. Room was fairly clean- dusty when sofa bed was pulled out. Minor issues with hallway bath; shower/tub drain is very stalled so prepare to stand in water when bathing. Parking in garage right under condo, condo is on floor 2 so be prepared to climb 2 flights. Host was ok- messaged me numerous times on information already received; delayed response on exact location of condo ( building number and which condo, location of pool)Mattress in hallway bedroom needs replaced ASAP!! Once you lay down, you feel like you are going to the floor- worn out!Love IRB but would probably choose different location to avoid steps.

We just got back from a week's stay here, it was AMAZING! Condo was very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, we cooked most of our meals for the week ourselves and didn't have to bring/buy anything but our food. Penny is awesome! So easy to work with and super nice lady! The house is right at the public access and just steps away from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Penny for making our stay so great!

Gem of a place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. We have stayed in many rental properties in Florida and we really liked the layout of sitting/kitchen/dining area as it was large and spacious. Absolutely spoilt in the fact the condo was exceptionally well stocked - didn’t have to buy any laundry products, kitchen products and toilet roll and pp masses of towels! So close to the beach is a bonus! Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Idyllic vacation just steps from the beach

We had a most enjoyable stay at Pennys condo . The condo was very clean and very well equipped everything you needed was there the beach chairs were excellent for sitting watching the amazing sunsets . The parking facilities are great and there is a Publix for food shopping not far away. There is also a variety of restaurants close by .

Beach getaway

Great value for the price. Steps to the beach, a few restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was adequate, but not so for a seasoned chef. 2 married retired couples shared this condo, which was comfortable. If you enjoy sitting at the beach, bring your own chairs! The beach chairs were adequate for toddlers, and very uncomfortable for adults..

condo with beachy cottage vibe

This comfortable and spacious condo is a nice place to stay with a great location. The listing was accurate. The photos also portrayed the condo well. There is a very limited Gulf view from the balcony. Even though a bar is across the street, if they had loud music it stopped by 10 pm. Actually, I thought during the entire month of February that only two nights had particularly loud music, and it ended just before 10 pm. The condo beds and pillows are very comfortable as is the sofa and chair. We had most everything we needed to cook a simple meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Tucked between shrubs and the twin condo building, there is a pool. Because the pool doesn't overlook the beach, we walked about 50 yards to the sand, using the public beach access. All in all, the condo met our needs, especially for location. We could walk to shops and restaurant and ride our bikes to Clearwater Beach. We liked being able to use the beach chairs and beach towels the owner provided, too.

Great stay!

Condo was very clean and well supplied! Plenty of towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The pool was heated, but a little cool. Would definitely stay again!
