Not very clean, we recleaned the floors and papers towels came out quite dirty. Re-cleaned all surfaces in kitchen and baths. Master bath needs deep clean, re caulked everywhere, and shower fixtures replaced.

Perfect location!!

The property was very pretty and the location to the beach was amazing!!! The three bedroom three bathroom condo worked out perfectly!! Would highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful stay!!

Vacation Paradise

This is our 2nd time staying at Anglers Cove. It is in a beautiful location. The home was perfect for our family. Pool was nice and clean. Will definitely stay again. Very happy!

2023 Anglers Cove

The location was perfect 15min to John's Pass, 30min to Clearwater, steps to the beach! Great view from our balcony with comfortable seating. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies, small appliances, baby accessories, to a lot of outdoor beach necessities! The beds were comfortable but definitely could have used some new plush linens. Some dressers and wicker indoor bedroom decor was a bit dated. Those being minor, the only major complaint was cleanliness. We arrived with quite a bit of sand throughout, sticky table, coffe table and counter tops, liquids spilled down multiple kitcken cabinets, dishes in dish washer with a heavy smell inside. All things, I quickly cleaned! I was disappointed I had to clean before getting settled. I hope you find this review helpful in getting a new cleaning service! We only had 3 wash rags but plenty of towels. 3 days prior to check out the master bath toilet started leaking and running every 10 to 15 min. We notified the property manager. She stated it was too late to get the plumber and she would have him there the next day. We never saw the plumber, although I just turned the water off at the wall as needed. Overall, I would definitely use this property again for its great location, size of unit and its steps to the ocean! A few small quick fixes will make this a 5/5, 1) cleaning service 2) few interior updates 3) improved maintenance response. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful home, exactly as described

We loved it. It’s spacious and convenient to the beach. Biggest complaint is that there are no blankets or extra sheets. The bed covers are not soft but there’s no alternative because there aren’t blankets. Also it would be much nicer if the the sofa was a sleeper ( and had soft sheets and blankets).

Great location dated property.

The condo was not clean. The dish towels were dirty. There were holes in the sofa and the shower didn’t work. The beds were some of the worst we’ve ever slept on. We had sunglasses stolen out of our car. The pictures were not accurate. Overall it was disappointing.

Great place on the beach

We had a wonderful time! The condo itself is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were great! Having beach toys there for the kids was a great addition!

Disappointed

For the amount of money, I expected better. Cable didn’t work in one room or the living room. Rusty cookie sheet. We had to wash most the dishes we used. Food crumbs in two chairs and a child’s toy (found before the kids even got there). Floors were dirty especially under the furniture. Just too much to list.

Labor Day family weekend stay

Enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed the pool and beach. Condo was nice and roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

The entire place was dirty. Spent the first 3 hours of my vacation cleaning.

As soon as we entered the unit, it was clear it had not been cleaned properly. I spent the first 3 hours of my vacation cleaning. I used white rags to clean the showers and they were brown when I finished. It was obvious that the "cleaning" crew only added fresh towels and put new sheets on the beds. There was a used towel hanging on the back of master bathroom door, the floors had not been swept or mopped, the comforters were visibly filthy (we had to pay to wash them ourselves before going to sleep the first night), there were hair clippings in one of the bathroom sinks, an open water bottle was left in one of the bedrooms, food crumbs were left on the kitchen counter/in microwave, dirty outdoor pillows were thrown behind the TV, dishes were left in the dishwasher, gum was stuck in the couch, and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker even though it was wrapped up as if it had been cleaned. The property manager was very friendly and empathetic when we brought this to his attention and he did refund the cleaning fee. However, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of quality assurance and will not be staying at this property again.

Great beach vacation

This 3 bed, 3 bath beach condo was comfortable for larger parties. The condo’s beach decor was light and airy and the beds were comfortable. Anglers Cove office staff was friendly and inviting. We enjoyed playing volleyball, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. I would definitely stay in Anglers Cove #102 again.

Great location!

Great location, nice beach. Great customer service! (They were really helpful with my lost phone issue) Good size apartment but remember you will have upstairs neighbors (ours were a little too noisy). They can do a better job at cleaning. The bathrooms needed more attention to detail specially the tub. Overall we had a great time!

Not What We Expected

We were a little disappointed in our last minute get away. The place was very noisy as we had a young family above us that liked to get up before 7:00 every morning. We arrived on a Friday and the hot tub didn't work until Monday afternoon. The overall property wasn't maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Our hallway had the same crackers and candy on the ground the entire four days that we stayed there. The room needed a good cleaning. Seemed as it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. Furniture had duct tape and was dilapidated. Pictures on VRBO were very deceicing. We had no privacy as we were on the first floor and the curtains were sheer and didn't cover the width of the patio doors. We probably wouldn't go back and stay at this location. We have been coming down to this area for 15 years and like to try new places.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for my family of ten. Some things definitely need to be replaced (like the chairs that are falling apart), but it didn't affect our stay in a negative way. The beach was nice and clean and we loved the area. We took the trolley to downtown since we didn't have a car. We would stay in this condo again!

Wonderful!!!

We absolutely LOVED the decor of the condo and the location was awesome! Condo was spacious and clean. It was super nice that each of the three rooms had their own full bathrooms. That is always a plus when a group of girls are getting ready after a day at the beach. The ladies and gentlemen that work at the front desk were very helpful and kind. I would most definitely recommend this condo and plan to return myself in the future.

Everything we needed and more....

This condo was amazingly big enough for all 7 of us. Very clean and the front desk office was more then helpful. Loved the TIKI bar down the beach. Great restaurants near by. Coffee shop across the street was so cute. The trolley was very helpful to get around town for shopping and fun.
