The property is overall nice and is truly steps from the beach. The WiFi if very poor in the unit, making and tv networks near impossible to load and making it difficult to search activities online. The bathroom is very small and lacks places to set toiletries. The communication overall was good but felt it was mostly set to auto messaging. We missed an entire day due to a late flight and I asked a few different times of late check out was possible but never received a reply.

Unit was as advertised-full kitchen, king bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but works great. Street parking was just outside unit on a dead end street and free. The beach is very close and it is just a short walk to restaurants and the trolley stop.

This is a great place to stay to be within steps to Clearwater Beach while still also being a 20-30 minute drive to the Phillies spring training stadium in Clearwater and a 0.5 mile walk to most of the shopping and restaurants in Clearwater Beach. There are also pickle ball courts nearby. We had a very nice stay and this property has everything you really need. It is a studio apartment type of stay with a very small bathroom. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again on another visit.

Cute little studio apartment. Had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the ocean/beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. Will definitely return.

Location location location just steps from sand and easily walkable, bus, uber entire Clearwater beach area. The host is fantastic we had an issue with hot water and he came over with us at beach. Read the description and photos it’s a small place but cozy super quiet. One of beach chairs and umbrella was broken but this is perfect for what we need.

The over all stay was great! Beach access was steps away! Food, shopping nite life was all with in walking distance! The one thing that i wish was better was the shower. There was no hot water for it. Other than that it was a pretty place and would stay again!!

The accommodation was very small, but cozy. Very basic. Not a lot of the little extras most of the other places I stayed, such as coffee and filters, etc. But that’s ok. The thing I had a problem with was there was no hot water in the shower. The sinks did, but it was cold showers for 4 days. And there was apparently a washer and dryer, but I couldn’t find it. I just didn’t feel the owner was very accommodating. Also, there isn’t any on site parking. That needs to be on the description of the property. Fortunately there’s a couple of spaces on the street, but if there are a lot of guests at the surrounding properties, you could be out of luck.

We both enjoyed our stay. Met with family some local and others visiting like us. 15B was nice although caution at night. Thur & Friday returning after dark outside lights were on. Saturday night they were off and total darkeness near our door my wife tripped on the step. She fell and is bruised. We're lucky no cuts etc but could have been worse. Please try to keep lights on for future nights

We expected the stay to be good, but it was better than that!! The owners were very responsive when we had issues and they resolved any issues immediately! They did one better also, they actually followed up with us after resolving issues!! Would highly recommend!! Definitely booking with them again!!

The property was a great location to walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The property was clean, and even had a beach chain and beach towel. Thank for a great place to stay for some rest snd relax! 🏝️
