This place was perfect for our girls weekend! When we arrived there were manatees swimming near the dock! We were within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach access was just across the road. The beach chairs and cooler were perfect. Unit 210 is right by the pickleball/tennis court, so if you like to sleep past 8:30, make sure you get the front bedroom! Would stay again!

Family vacay

Everything was great for our family of 4! Clean, quiet and great location. Walked across the street to the beach and then the pool is behind the condo. Even saw a manatee off their fishing dock! Definitely recommend

Excellent stay

The property was just as advertised. It was spacious enough for our group of 6. We were able to walk to the beach easily and the chairs, umbrella, cooler provided were great! The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Access to the pool and other gaming activities was great for keeping us busy! Parking was also no problem. We will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Sunrise Resort. We were in St Pete's for a wedding at the Don Cesar with 2 of our adult children. The condo was well set up for 4 adults and we were able to take advantage of the tennis courts as well as the shuffleboard and pool. We were also fortunate to be able to watch the manatees. We are beach walkers and it was great having beach access so close to the unit. An excellent time was had by all! Highly recommend Sunrise Resort!

great value beach location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: the condo is small but nicely set up for a family of four. The walk to the beach is easy, with a traffic light and crosswalk to help you cross the street. The pool was warm and clean. We had a maintenance issue with a toilet, which was resolved quickly. Cons: very little fun equipment provided, which is hard for renters flying in like us. The only beach chair was broken. I had emailed the owner to confirm that pickleball and tennis equipment was in the unit. He said it was, but it wasn't. None at the office, either. They told us we were welcome to buy our own. Also, the unit could use a deep clean. Lots of dust bunnies and the doors, woodwork, etc. need to be wiped down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. The property is well taken care of. We were glad that Nexthome Beach Time Realty was on site to take care of problems when they came up. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful providing good customer service. The unit 210 was not to our liking. It was in need of updating. It also needed a good cleaning for example the floors were filthy. The blinds were broken and should be replaced. The furniture was uncomfortable. We had to have the washer repaired, the shower drain unclogged, one of the toilets repaired as it was leaking around the bottom. The motor in the refrigerator made a loud noise one night for no apparent reason. All of the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We enjoyed time spent with the other guests. We booked for next year but in a different suite number 310. We would recommend this property but certainly not suite 210. We learnt how to play pickleball from other guests and are now hooked. We did enjoy our stay but would definitely not recommend suite 210. Also the lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the weather stripping along the bottom of the front door needs replacing.

The kitchen had been upgraded and living area had new furniture although the blinds could do with some upgrades. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the maintenance person who was very helpful when we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this resort.

We chose to experience a stay at the Sunset Resort and we were certainly not disappointed. We just wish we had jumped ship sooner.

Nice condo & amenities

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of space in the unit. Very quiet area. Loved the heated pool & hot tub. It was so nice being able to do our laundry before heading home. The washer in our unit was super loud but still nice having it.
