This is our second time in this amazing condo and we absolutely love it. We loved it so much that we stayed for two weeks this time. It feels like our home away from home. Having the pool and the beach right there makes it ideal for us with the kids for a “staycation” vacation. The condo has everything you need! It makes our stay so much easier when we do go down. The host are always so easy to work with. We always look forward to coming back!!

Wonderful Condo!! Wonderful Location!!

As soon as you walk through the door of the condo it's easy to see that George and Raffi take great pride in their rental unit. From the beautiful hardwood flooring, the automatic blinds, granite countertops, the comfortable furnishings it's easy to see these owners go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great stay. We've stayed in more VRBO rentals than I can count, and I can honestly say this is the nicest, most well stocked one we've ever rented. It's great to see owners that actually take pride in their rental, and George and Raffi definitely do. I just can't say enough good things about it. Being on the top floor is wonderful, the view of the gulf is amazing. The automatic blinds are remote controlled and are great, even though we only used the ones in the master bedroom. The showers have a "shower panel" which we liked so well I'm putting them in my showers at home. You get a "full body" spray from them if you want, and it feels wonderful after being on the beach, in the sun. The bed in the master bedroom has a mattress that will put you to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. It's amazingly comfortable!!! Remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, including the balcony. The kitchen, and pantry are fully stocked with anything you might need. Also, the entire complex is peaceful and quiet. Only steps from the private pool and beach, and neither was never crowded. It makes for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We'll definitely stay here again!

What a week!

San Remo 606 is the best condo we have ever rented. We have been vacationing in the area for a very many years. We were in love with this condo from the moment we opened the door. There’s nothing the host hasn’t thought of that you might need. It’s well stocked so I suggest you only take your clothes. Beautifully decorated with the beach theme throughout the home. Do you want gorgeous views? You will find them here, from every window. I so enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. There’s so much I can say about this beautiful condo. We will definitely stay here next year. Thank you Raffi and George for sharing your home.

Great FL beach spot

Stay at the condo was perfect. The beach was very close and some good restaurants in the area. The pool was just opening up. There's a locker with nice beach chairs and some toys.

Perfect Vacation Spot!!!

The owner (George) went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. He informed us ahead of time that the pool would not be ready for use since the hurricane damage. He offered us many things to make it right. With the beach right in front of us, it didn’t matter that we did not have the pool to use. The condo was spotless & the view from this unit was amazing. We will hopefully be back soon!

Wonderful beach vacation in Indian Shores! The condo was perfect - beautiful and clean. I can’t say enough about the hosts - George went over and beyond to ensure that our trip was everything we hoped, and more! Beach vacation

Granddaughters visited for 6 days, otherwise just my wife and self. Was wondering if bldg had a recycling program. We could not see where to put separate recycling items. Unit was entirely as advertised. Great view and all appliances worked well. Thanks for allowing our little dog. My wife will not travel without her.

Construction/upgrades to the building were ongoing during our stay but the crew and site manager were very respectful. Our condo was the 6th floor with patio facing the beach, which was just a few yards away.

Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking views

This condo was beautifully decorated and we felt so at home here. George was super helpful with all the details we needed for our stay! The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine and unwinding. The pool was clean and the beach was so much closer then some of the other places we stayed in that just south of here. We met some really nice people and found some really great restaurants in the area. Anything you need is in the condo and for the beach! Great location…very family and pet friendly! We were so sad to leave after 8 days but look forward to going back one day!

They think of everything!

A wonderful week stay! Probably should've booked longer! Loved it! Anything that is needed, he has there on site for you to use. A cooler, beach toys, towels, it's all there! Fantastic communication from the owner. Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Vacation

The condo was absolutely amazing, exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location! The beach views were fabulous as we watched dolphins every morning when we had our coffee on the balcony! The pool/hot tub area was spotless and tended to each morning and the pool was the perfect temperature (always a plus). We've already rebooked for a future vacation!
