House was like a worn down Jersey Shore motel. Furniture was soiled, uncomfortable, broken, mix matched. Fell into ‘holes’. Missing blinds throughout the property, in particular the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Leaving it wide open to the neighbors. Stained linens in other rooms. Lighting in the entire house was a mix match of soft light and bright white, even in the room. Missing light bulbs, lights not working in the upstairs hallways. Door to the bathroom in the hallway didn’t close. No hand soaps in the bathrooms. Bed was terrible in the master. Felt like a hard trampoline. TVs in the entire house didn’t work or were very hard to even get to work. Palm trees blocked view from upstairs balcony’s. No fire pit as advertised. Pool was not heated. And constantly lost water. I had to put the hose in the pool every day because it was loosing so much water somewhere. Rugs throughout are worn and dirty with stains in the hallway upstairs. Hot tub was not a hot tub. And to top it off, the property was sold while we were renting and inspectors had to come through. It was obvious the previous owners did not give a crap about the property anymore. Overall terrible experience.
