The price was almost double because we booked close to the Fourth of July. I’m not sure that condo is worth the holiday price. But the beach is beautiful and at the end of the day the condo had everything we needed.

Nice renovated unit with a “to die for” view!! Kitchen was great! Icemaker didn’t work but there tons of ice packs to put in the ice chest. Everything was clean and comfy!! This area of the beach was much quieter than Clearwater and St Pete’s.. the back 2 rooms face Gulf blvd and catch some road noise but it didn’t seem to bother anyone. Would 1000% recommend

The property was fine. Having no hot water for washing and showers was disappointing, as well as hardly any water pressure. Parking was a pain for the second car. One parked next door at Sandcastle 3 in the guest parking, but the last night, we all went out to dinner and came back with no guest aprking in either building, Fortunately my wife has a handicap plackard and the 'One' spot was available. I would think anyone with 3 bedrooms would have 2 parking spots available. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great condo!

Clean and ready to go, beautiful view! Bathrooms had toiletries and aloe, which is great even though we brought our own, it was a nice touch. Condiments also included in the kitchen. The ONLY thing missing was dish towels and pot holders. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

Only reason this did not get a 5 star rating was because of a checkin issue that the Host quickly corrected. He is great at responding to messages. I will definitely be looking to go back in the future. Thank you!
