The condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach supplies were well used. The view of the Gulf was great and the pool area was very nice. The host was very responsive.

Nice property

Very nice. I loved that it was completely updated and all the things you need are there including dish and laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, garbage bags, paper towel, towels, beach supplies, flat iron, etc., etc. I’ve been to places that didn’t even have one garbage bag. Ben was extremely responsive to questions responding almost immediately every time. A few disappointments were: one of the elevators wasn’t functioning so sometimes a long wait. Someone smoked frequently on their balcony so we would smell it while out enjoying our balcony. The shower didn’t get hot every time. The hot tub wasn’t functional for our entire stay but the pool was warm at least. The one bedroom was way smaller than it looks in the picture. And there was no number on the door so when we first got there it was a challenge trying to find the unit. And there’s no TV in the master bedroom which seemed odd since there’s a TV in every other room. But the good far outweighed the shortcomings and that view made it all worth it for sure.

Beautiful balcony view and sunsets!

Ben was great to rent from and we loved the property! The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked! The view is breathtaking, you won’t find a better spot for morning coffee or a drink at night watching the sunset! The only suggestion would have been a TV in the master but overall it’s very nice!

Great Vacation

Our travel plans changed and we found this property on short notice. It was perfect for our family of 5. The home is clean and well equipped with anything you might need. Host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Incredible Stay!!

This condo is fantastic! The pictures are spot on! Plenty of space for a family of five! Everything we needed was here! Beds were comfortable, updated bathrooms with plush towels, kitchen fully stocked with a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and we all enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. Had a very cold day but huddled on the huge sectional and watched movies together! Caddy's right across the street was perfect for a quick lunch/dinner and cocktails. The place was immaculate as well! We've stayed in this area before but this was by far the best condo yet! You will not be sorry! Grab it!

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was very clean and wonderful! Ben was great to communicate with and very helpful! We loved that there were coolers, umbrellas, and plenty of beach toys! The pool was big and very nice as well. It was also close to John's Pass and Clearwater. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Hands down the best place we have ever stayed at the beach in the 10+ years of renting. The pictures are exactly as the property was. Communication with Ben was great. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Did not want to leave this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is clean, updated, and well furnished. Has great views of the beach, pool, and inter coastal waterway. This was our first time at Indian Shores, and thought it was a beautiful beach in a great location. The beach toys and gear that were provided was a huge plus.

Excellent Stay

Family of 6 stayed for a great week. We have stayed in this area 4 times previously at various locations. This was our favorite thus far. Loved the updates throughout. We will return! We appreciated the kitchen having a few staples and a nice supply of above entry-level kitchen ware.

Ultimate relaxation

We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this condo. The setting was perfect for our big family; our teenage son had his own space while the 3 girls could stay in the same room with individual beds. The location is conveniently placed by the pool and beach. And the view was amazing! Ben was very communicative and there were so many thoughtful touches (beach bag, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc). We plan to come back!

Fantastic beach front condo with all the amenities!

We had a wonderful time staying in Benjamin's condo! The pictures don't do it justice, we were excited to find that the place was wonderfully updated beyond what we expected! Every room had generous space; all the rooms are very open and inviting with plenty of room and the ocean views are gorgeous. To top it off, it had everything we needed to feel right at home, from everything you would hope to find in the kitchen right down to beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. Benjamin was a wonderful host and we had fantastic communication, we would absolutely stay here again. I could say so much more about our stay and how great it was, but suffice to say we were very very pleased!

February getaway

This is a tremendous place! Even looks better in person than pictures. Owners communicate beyond our expectations. Beach was lovely. Location is perfect. We will definitely come here again.
