Our spacious 2,300-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo is located just steps from the beautiful white-sand beach in Indian Rocks Beach. Situated on the third floor with your own private elevator, our condo offers plenty of room to spread out, thoughtful amenities, beach gear, and a prime location—all designed to make your vacation comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private balcony and keep an eye out for dolphins playing in the water. Spend the day relaxing on the sand, enjoying the Gulf, or exploring everything the area has to offer.

We've even provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys for the little ones, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the beach.

And don't leave when the sun starts to set—the spectacular Gulf sunsets are something you'll want to experience from the comfort of your own balcony.

Our spacious 2,300-square-foot, third-floor condo offers plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.

One of the special features of this home is the private elevator that provides direct access to the residence, making arrival and departure effortless. No shared elevators or long flights of stairs—simply arrive, unload your luggage, groceries, and beach gear, and settle right in.

Every room has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun.

The spacious living room gives everyone plenty of room to relax together. Whether you're watching the big game, enjoying a movie night, playing games, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach, there's room for everyone.

A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit for your convenience.

We recommend a car for exploring the surrounding area, although several restaurants and local conveniences are within walking distance.

You'll find a guest manual on the kitchen island with helpful information about the condo, including instructions, where items are located, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, Wi-Fi information, and other details to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.

A FEW HOUSE GUIDELINES

Our community has only three units, creating a quiet, more private residential atmosphere.

If you see a neighbor, please say hello! We simply ask that you be respectful of the residential nature of the community and keep noise at a considerate level both during the day and at night.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If your party will include more than 6 guests, please contact us before requesting a reservation.
